Clean and spacious location... good food... and excellent kindness and courtesy staff... especially Nathan... we will definitely be back and recommend.
We stayed at the Warwick hotel, which houses Gattara. Every night we had a night cap in the bar, with our final night, enjoying dinner at the restaurant. The bartenders, Brendan and Sadie, remembered us and our drink orders from night to night and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

The food was very mid. Nothing special about the food, seemed like they used very over processed ingredients. Wouldn’t go back.

I called the restaurant and tried to order the goat salad with scallops and was told they don’t have scallops. Then try to order chicken Parmesan, and was told they don’t have chicken Parmesan. Then tried to order chicken masala, and was told they don’t have chicken masala I need to look at the current menu on the website.

This was not exactly what we were expecting. When we got there, there were not many people there. It did fill up a bit later.
Food was OK. The vodka sauce was spicy, which shouldn't be the case.
My fettuccine was good with the shrimp.

We have eaten at Gattara several times, and it's always been excellent. This is actually a hidden gem, located in the Warwick hotel at the edge of downtown Denver. This is "Italian" Italian food, not "American" Italian like Maggianos or Olive Garden. Tonight we had the bruschetta flights for an appetizer and two different risottos, which we shared. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Anyone who has never been here should give this place a try!

A wonderful restaurant! Great, attentive servers, a lovely ambience, a fun menu, a great happy hour (4-7) with food and drinks including $5 wine and wells, and delicious food. Everything was well cooked and well seasoned and lovely. We ordered the special octopus, happy hour meatball, the truffle gnocchi with salmon. So so so so good. The mushroom sauce was so luscious and amazing! This is a new gem in Denver and we are so happy to have found it.

Gattara completely took me by surprise. This quaint, dimly lit and cozy bar/restaurant is located on the first floor of the Warwick Hotel. I came here for a quick glass of wine and a hot snack after a long day of traveling and left with good spirits and a belly full of the absolute best shrimp I’ve ever had. Brendan recommended The Bom Bom Shrimp and I couldn’t be happier he was there to guide me in the right direction. His eagerness to help and friendly demeanor made it easy to feel like I could believe his suggestion. The shrimp was a delicate mix of earthy flavors with the arugula greens that are topped with spicy, umami and absolutely delicious fried shrimp covered in a tangy sauce that ties everything together. Order it, love it, come back!!
