Delicious ramen! The brisket bowl was amazing, jam packed with meat, veggies and noodles.I cannot speak on the appetizers, however the tables around us that got them, they looked very pleased.Staff was incredible; attentive and nice.

This place might be my new go-to for any Asian craving. The happy hour menu allowed us to try a ton of small plates- do not miss these! The mushroom ramen was the most substantial vegetarian dish I’ve had in a while. Looking forward to my leftovers.

The Ramen here is amazing. Great cocktails, apps and desserts as well. The brisket ramen is not to be missed! The service is friendly and attentive as well. Highly recommend. Much better than Uncle and they take reservations for tables and counter service.
The service and atmosphere are really great! Unfortunately, the food was just not that good. The dumplings were very doughy with very little filling. The skewers were drowning in sauce and too salty. The noodles were good, but the broth was too sweet. It would be better if the food was more authentic.
Stumbled upon this place in a travel blog. Did not disappoint! Phenomenal authentic ramen! Edamame was also very good with a spicy kick. Staff was very friendly and welcoming with great service.

The food was spectacular! I came from North Dakota to try these Noodles and I would do it over and over again. The spicy mushroom noodles were fabulous and nice spicy. And the portions are really nice. In every bite you can taste the love of the whole team!I would recommend this place to everybody who likes Noodles/ Ramen and what to expand their taste!The whole service is excellent!

Ramen was pretty good, sake hit me so unbelievably hard though. Be careful. Pretty expensive for what it is and very loud but service was exceptional and the food is good. Just pricey. Bar night if you're feeling spendy? Yes. Quiet date night? No. Try it out!

Best Ramen I have had in years. Heard about the place and only real concern was the drive. I live 45 minutes away, if I had known how good the food would be, I would have waited another hour in traffic. I once had ramen in C Springs by a shop that was created by restauranteurs who were inspired by Ivan Orkin and assumed how easy it was to make Ramen, not caring about the story of Ivan and his passion and craft of Ramen and living and studying in Japan. That was memory I would like to forget and Glo is a place that has erased that nightmare and shows caring and quality in its craft. Wonderful staff, better food. Will be returning soon.
