the food was good, the venue was nice, but the drinks were amazing! i went for the halloween show, and was impressed by the service i got from the half-shaved-head lady. she made the best drinks, had great banter, and was extremely sweet. super cute too :)

First time visiting Denver, and I went to see The Two Lips last night. Everyone I’ve met in Denver so far has been incredibly friendly—until last night. I had a great time at the show, but the bartender (specifically the woman with the shaved head) was downright rude. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume they’re just having a bad day, but if you don’t enjoy interacting with people, bartending might not be the right job.

A great establishment, venue, and the BBQ is quite good. I took my teenager to a band he was very passionate about... On a Monday night, parking was had around the surrounding blocks. Bar and food was on a separate side from the venue/stage, bathrooms on both sides so it's was well planned egress. If you need to step out for a call or if you get food as they use a pager system. Move bathrooms than most. Groovy little spot.

The portions were large and the meats were great! The potato salad was also really tasty. This is over of the best bbq spots I've been to in Colorado. It would be even better if they offered a spicy bbq sauce as well.

Small, intimate venue which is great for artists making their way in their career. Serves alcohol and bbq but I didnt get a chance to sample.
Saw Christian Kuria and he put on an amazing show, ably supported by his guests. Remarkably great sound engineering too.

Fantastic BBQ, the best we have had in Colorado. Great quality and lots of it. The Globe is a very cool, intimate venue, however the drinks were such a disappointment, expensive and tasteless. The 3. Cocktails and 1 cider were overpriced and very poor.
