As someone who has eaten at many, many sushi places across the Denver area, at Michelin grade sushi places in several states, and sushi overseas, I've had a little bit of everything. Go Fish has been in tbe area for a very long time, and I love One Concept's other restaurants like Mikaku and Bronze Empire. This sushi, however, fell really short of what I would consider good. Got a few rolls and drinks along with some of the Wagyu fried rice (a bit pricey for what it was but good!). All of the items were very tasty and I appreciated the cocktails as well.
Their version of the old fashioned was quite good and I really enjoyed the Sweet Potato roll!
