Really amazing place — we did the chef’s tasting menu and beer pairing and it was absolutely delicious. Each component and beer had their own unique story and the chef/owner Anthony seemed to have put something personal into every dish (and came out and explained each one!). Very reasonably priced for a tasting menu as well. Great ambiance too and super friendly staff. Highly recommend, especially if you love sour beers. I only got one picture because I was too busy enjoying everything.

If you love sour beers, do not pass this place up. Very good selection, and their staff is knowledgeable on their selections. Don't pass up the 6 butter plate either. The vegan butter is very flavorful and has very good consistency compared to actual butter.

Legit spot. Had 4 of their ~12 sours, all yummy. Also had cheese board which was delish. The vibe is nice and chill and cozy. Staff friendly. Chefs attention to detail is very impressive.Experience could be improved by having wide-screen monitor showing current beer offerings (instead of having to scan QR).

This place seemed weirdly targeted to my and my boyfriend's preferences. I don't like most beer but I love sour beers, and I don't love bar food, but I loved the food menu here. Their food and drink menu were eclectic and featured some hyperlocal ingredients and small producers on their cheese and meat list. The staff also are clearly passionate about what they do and their suggestions were helpful. While we made a reservation, it was not super busy when we arrived (about an hour before closing on Friday night). Wish I had this in my neighborhood.

Prosciutto and Cabot, served with fresh baguette, pickled carrots and girkins, the best honey mustard I've had, and pepper jelly. Everything was perfect and of the highest quality. I look forward to returning. Thanks for a great experience!

This place is an experience and a great find for rich, savory food and good draft beers. We sampled the amazing butter flight that totally blew our minds with all the varieties and great bread to spread it on. Also did the cheese flight and tried all three tarts—all were delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The place is clean and relaxing. We diffintiely want to try more and hope to be back soon. Jun 2022

The butter flight is divine and elevated to the next level with a good beer or wine pairing. We also got the chef's choice cheese and meat board to nosh. We had a wonderful experience and friendly service. Can't wait to go back or to recommend to others in the area.

The chef Lucy(?) was AMAZING. I had some of the best meat & cheese platters I’ve ever tasted in my life. I actually ended up order three board, they were so good!

Delicious and incredible service. The menu is small but mighty, however, the cheese and meat selection is huge and amazing. Great drinks too!

I am so happy to find out about this place. One of the best tasting menus ever! I’m not a sour beer fan but there are PLENTY of other options for all types—beer, wine, cocktails. The food and staff were amazing. Everyone needs to try this place!

This was our first meal in Denver and was a high bar to start with. Upon arrival, there was plenty of nearby street parking (free). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t rush us even though we began our meal at 8:15pm and ended up being the last table dining in the restaurant. The wait staff, general manager, and chef all came by the table to greet us or present food - they clearly have a passion for the food and menu. The food and drink menu was so well curated and executed - very elevated and high quality fare in a casual and welcoming atmosphere. We started with the butter flight which was a first for us, and worth trying to taste the differences among various animal milk (and one vegan option). The finishing salts took the flavors to the next level. The tart trio was more flavorful and lighter than anticipated and worth ordering all three. The lamb belly was out of this world. We ordered the rose petal & strawberry strudel and mocha pot du creme. Both were very flavorful but the mocha was the unsung hero of the menu with complex and well balanced flavors. The GM was willing to recommend sour beers to pair with each course per our request and nailed every one - a feat since I’m normally not a beer drinker, but “when in Rome” was worth experiencing. This is a must visit restaurant when in Denver.

Great service, friendly staff. Excellent firm crusty bread. We had the pastrami sandwich and it was good. The tarts were lovely. Our server told us they were known for their sour beers (does anybody actually drink those?). The drinks we ordered were served almost immediately and the bartender was very attentive. This place feels kinda hipster (over 30 crowd?) If in the area, swing on in.
