Really really delish. Was too hungry and excited and forgot to take pics of all the food. But we ordered baba ghanoush and the zaatar pie to start. Both were **chefs kiss**. Then ordered the chicken shawarma plate and the gyro plate—they were out of beef shawarma. The garlic sauce on top of the chicken shawarma was nuts. And the gyro meat was really tasty. Point being, no complaints. The flow of take out was very consistent though we dined in and we were able to take about 2 meals of left overs home—healthy portions! Would return!

Elevator speech -gyro, fries, falafel good, pita dry not homemade, hummus too bitter, too much tahini. Interior decoration is miserable, weird vibes.

If you are still with me, I’ll say, overall it was a good experience. The older gentlemen that served us wasn’t nice but wasn’t mean, and was attentive and quick. I didn’t mind that. We had high hopes for the pita bread as it was large and looked ALMOST homemade but it definitely wasn’t. Dry and leathery. I would go back for the gyro and the fries oddly enough. The fries are really good and certainly homemade. I ended with a Turkish coffee and it’s the first coffee that’s woke me up in a while. Tiny and mighty! Lastly, this is JUST ME because I’m really into music, (audiophile) but they have a really small, pitchy speaker that sounds terrible, full blast in there. It made it super awkward and comical. Felt like we were on an episode of always sunny or something funny like that. Alright, tootles.

Great service and food, I've been in multiple times this week because the sandwiches have been so delicious for lunch. The gyro meat is seasoned to perfection, and the chicken Shawarma was also super good. The first time, I tried shawarma, and I was not disappointed. I Highly recommend here if you're trying some Mediterranean for the first time, or if you just need to stop in for a good lunch that keeps ya going until the evening, they have it, very filling without feeling overstuffed.

Honestly, I'm super surprised at the rave reviews for this restaurant.
Took my daughter here for a special evening out and we were both unimpressed with our food, with the service, and the atmosphere.
We both started off with the salad. Her house salad was decent but nothing special. I had asked to substitute a Greek salad, the house salad. An irritated glance from the server indicated his displeasure with my request, however he did allow it. My Greek salad was good but not anything special.
Daughter ordered the chicken shawarma which was extremely dry, although had good flavor. Flavor. The only way to eat it was to dip each bite in the yogurt sauce.
I had the gyro plate. This was by far the best menu item of the evening, but not that impressive. The gyro meat had good flavor though it was a bit salty.
We also had pita bread and hummus. The hummus was rather bland although I appreciated how it was presented with cumin and paprika around the edges to help add some flavor. The one thing the restaurant did have going for it was the presentation on most. Every dish was impressive and made the food of appealing.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing visit and I have no intention of returning, despite the fact that I enjoy Mediterranean food and live only blocks away from the restaurant.
The glowing reviews from most other people have me scratching my head.

The best falafel in the area, crunchy outside and moist on the inside. Hummus was amazing too! Will definitely be back 😋

Tried this for the first time and it was phenomenal. Had the gyro plate, the kofta plate, and grape leaves. Hummus was so good.

Had dolmas and falafel/veggie plate with rice, hummus, baba ghanouj, salad and pickled veggies. Delicious! Lots of regulars, and I can see why. Highly recommend!

Awesome owner and delicious out of the way in a strip mall off Yale Ave. Syrian and Middle Eastern food not to be missed. Forgive the lack of photos we were ravenous but the falafel and the sampler platters were amazing, hummus, baba ganoush, skewers - all spot on.

A not-so-hidden gem right in plain sight. The high reviews of this place definitely reflect the quality of the food and the location. This is a smaller shop with only a handful of tables. My order was to go for this visit, but I would happily go back and stay for a meal.
Speaking of - prices are reasonable in an ever inflating market and with the average cost of meals being nearly $15+ in 2025, this place really brings you back down to earth. I had a kabob sandwich with fries that was exceptional. I’ve already happily recommended this place to friends and will continue to do so.

I just spent a month in Egypt and Jordan eating at many incredible restaurants. This blew it out of the water. So glad I found this spot.

I love this place. The flavors here are just so much authentic than in other more expensive places in town. We ordered Moroccan lentil soup, a vegan platter and a chicken shawarma platter and it was all outstanding. The babagasuh was my favorite, it was mild and aromatic!
