Ive been coming here for the past 2 years id pretty frequently, this last order i just got was not great. I always get tye same thing, Kung Pao Chicken w/ fried rice, egg rolls & crab cheese wonton. My food today was not great. The rice was mushy and smelt bad the taste was also not good and no egg or veggies in it. Looks like they took old rice put some soy sauce on it and called it good. The Kung pao chicken, the portion size while in tye same container the amount in there was much less than normal, it didnt have any whole dried red peppers and its laking flavor. The wontons are okay, and the egg rolls seemed to be the same as to what I am used too. Idk if they have new management or cooks or what but I am not impressed. :( sad too cause they are soo close to me id go probably about once every 2 months or so

We came here for dinner tonight, it has been a long time since we came here and I have to say the service was lousy, they didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink I asked for a cherry coke and they brought me canned coke and they didn’t bring my wife the hot tea that she wanted, we weren’t charged for it, and the portion size of our food was smaller than they used to be, I got my food first, my wife’s food came 10 minutes later, also we didn’t get a fortune cookie after our meal like we used to so I’ll have to say that we will NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I miss the old owners.

Food was okay... I ordered the sesame chicken and expected it to be crispy but definitely had been sitting for a while in the sauce... pretty soggy and not edible which is too bad... if it was freshly made it would have made a big difference

New owners. I went there for the fried rice which I absolutely love from there. My daughter and I decided to go before heading back out of town. The fried rice has definitely changed (it was tasteless and nasty). I don’t care what they say. They did not get the original recipe. Which is totally fine! The portion sizes are WAY smaller with a higher price. The sushi was a great touch! Sushi was great. But since they thought that me saying “I no longer wanted the fried rice” (It’s my money. If I’m not satisfied after trying up to 3 bites. I have the right to send it back.) They thought it was funny so here is my review. I hope they can stay open as long as the original owners and I’m sad that they had to sell. But life happens.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I told them I was vegan and specifically asked to have everything removed from their fried rice. Instead, it came loaded with shrimp, chicken, and who knows what else. When I asked for a refund or even a replacement, they flat-out refused. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered Salt and Pepper Chicken. All it was was fried chicken pieces. No peppers at all! I would have been better off getting popcorn chicken at KFC. Paid extra for fried rice and got cold plain fried rice with nothing else in it - no egg, no veg. Crab cheese wontons were rubbery and cold.
Pretty much terrible.

We were the last customers by far. A few minutes after we arrived, staff turned off music and most lights in dining room.
We felt rushed by waiter asking us twice to pay soon. Kitchen staff sat conversing in dining room.

Food was good: Eggrolls, Beef Fried Rice and Spicy Short Ribs and Sesame Balls.

If I return I hope to do it earlier in the evening.

I have been to this place before I was not impressed but now I have to say with the added on sushi service and looks like a beautiful remodel is done. It is a completely different space. I enjoyed the sushi experience. It’s nice to find cute mom pop shops that have sushi in it on the side of town. Absolutely delicious, amazing hospitality, friendly service, and quality food. I truly enjoyed how they renovated and change the space. It is so much more wider and definitely a place to bring more people that has a calm elegance to.

I have never had great Chinese food in the Denver metro until I had an outstanding dinner at Golden Shanghai. The food was hot, fresh, and plentiful. The manager and his staff were welcoming and some of the most friendly people I've met. All of the appetizers and entrees were spectacular. I'll definitely return very soon.

The food here is incredible! The Szechuan beef is bursting with flavor, and the sesame chicken is cooked to absolute perfection. The wonton soup is served hot and fresh, while the edamame is cooked just right. Both the fried rice and white rice are absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, so come hungry!

Whether you're dining in or getting takeout, this hidden gem is a must-try. The staff is super friendly! Soe, the manager, is one of the friendliest, most welcoming people you’ll meet—making sure you feel like the most important customer. I give this place a solid 10/10 and will definitely be back!
