I genuinely enjoy the food here. A good burger simply wrapped in foil. The onions always taste delicious. It’s a very consistent location. 10/10 on the Black Cherry shake BTW… it’s incredibly delicious. If you go to Good Times and have your furry friend in the car, then don’t forget to treat them to a Paw Bender.
The managers Herlinda Aredondo and Ernie Lopez are horrible people to work with. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here, there's hostility and animosity in this work environment. They undermined me about my work ethics. When I made a few mistakes they never encouraged me to do better. Instead they shamed me about my knowledge. These types of people don't deserve management positions. Their position doesn't define who they are, it's the way they treat the employees defines their true characters. I hope corporate makes some serious changes about this toxic work environment. A work environment should have calibration, not competition and drama. I really had hopes to grow with this establishment, but with two dysfunctional managers made it impossible for me. I know for sure my conscience is clear I was never rude to any customers. I always did the best I could even though the managers never gave me recognitions and acknowledgements.
