Got a cow burger instead of the veggie burger I ordered.
If you're wondering how McDonald's became the near trillion-dollar operation that it is today... just know that it started out with basically this business model.
The only real problem with good times is that you are paying a premium over most of their fast food competitors... to be fair the food is better, but with the strip down location and streamlined menu it should be 15 to 20% cheaper

Shoutout to Dion at Good Times on 1300 S Colorado Bvld—seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Normally don’t write reviews for drive thru experiences but he was friendly without being fake, calm and kind, quick, and just had a great attitude overall. You could tell he cared about doing a good job and making the interaction smooth and positive.
Even though it was busy, he stayed cool and professional, and got everything right without missing a beat. He went above and beyond. People like him make a difference—and definitely make me want to come back. Hope management sees how solid he is. He 100% deserves a raise or a promotion.

Deluxe combo w wild fries large Pepsi
Order took ridiculously long time to prepare. 30 mins. Large Pepsi was not consumable. Was 90% carbonated water. Burger nasty. Meat weird. Wilted lettuce fragment swimming in mayo and a half shitty tomato. 1 partial pickle.
Kids burger for my dog: my dog didn’t go crazy for his burger.
I don’t know if the chain has gone downhill or if it’s this particular location that has crappy people on staff during this time but this place is gross. McDonald’s feels a step up.

15 plus years& I Always go to this location. I like the Burgers & Nice staff. Its a shame they closed the other spot...
