Cost was to expensive

Abysmal customer service. Ordered online, received a stapled bag. When I got home I realized they were missing items. Store refuses to give me back the money for items missing. Avoid this location.

Edit: replying to stores reply: I already spoke with a manager for 10 minutes, and she told me “the only thing we can do is remake it, we can’t refund you.” Ive tried to call to make this right- Ive called the store, I’ve called corporate, (no way to leave a message). I’ve responded in chat for online ordering , and the ‘contact us’ on the website. Why should I be required to do so many steps in order for you to “make this right”
So store owner- have my number on the order. Ball is in YOUR court.
If you’d like to make this right - then do It- my next step is initiating a chargeback.

My experience at Good Times Burger was awful! When I placed an online order, I was instructed to wait in a handicap parking space. After 39 minutes of sitting in the snow outside, I still had not received my order or seen anyone from the restaurant!

Honestly I’m not even from here, but for being a DRIVE THRU that double cheeseburger was fantastic, love that you guys use fresh vegetables, it makes a difference. Worth it, thank you 🫡

Spent $25.my mini burgers were good,fries were hot and fresh.daughter got chicken and had to take it back bc she said plain.paid for cheese sauce and you can tell that they water it down BC it was thin like running water and yellow...
Don't recommend.had to ask for salt and napkins.I spent $ so that should be put in with our order,shouldn't have to ask.

Waited in line at drive thru for 10 minutes ( no big deal) but the girl at the drive thru window tonight is very rude and I said " thank you" 3 times as she handed me three different items and my credit card. She not once acknowledged my words and looked like she was being held hostage there. She looks miserable and acta annoyed. I stop in a few times a month and have always had friendly service but not tonight. 6:15 pm Thursday.
