This specific location of Good Times is the worst. The employees here consistently crank out the worst quality food of any Good Times. They just don’t care. I usually love Good Times, and it sucks that the closest location to me is ran terribly. They should clean house and start from the ground up. Fire every employee at this location and restart from scratch. New manager, new employees, new training. Maybe pay an extra $1 or $2 an hour and try and get some people that will actually make a decent burger.Good Times was my wife’s favorite place until we moved with this location being the closest to us. Now we never get to eat here because it sucks.

I absolutely love this location! Every time I go it’s never busy (which is great for me) and I always order the #3 (bacon guacamole burger) with cheese and no lettuce! And a side of the BEST chili cheese fries! They have gotten my order correct eveytime! The gentlemen I usually always get at the window recognizes my dog and I, and gives her a doggy treat each time. She’s finally getting comfortable enough to take the treat out of his hand! (She is very smart with stranger danger, even for being a dog). This location is great and they truly make you feel like more than just a customer. I will continue to keep going back. Thank you for acknowledging my pup. As a crazy dog mom that means more to me then anything.

I ordered a bunch of food and every single order was wrong, plus I was missing an entire burger. Do not recommend this location as you'll be losing money eating here.
First time coming here and will probably be my last. I got the 3 sliders and was barely able to finish one. They were flavorless as well as having random chiles on one of them. My partner got the big daddy bacon cheeseburger and was immediately sick after he finished. Fries were good at least.
Too bad they get so stressed handling the one car in line that they can't take care of their walkup window. Ordered a burger, then needed to add to my order and was ignord while I waved to get their attention. Then tapped gently on the galss to have anyone acknowledge me. This time I received a finger wag. Waited a few more minutes and still wasn't greeted. So I knocked harder on the glass. That got their attention, but didn't spur any customer service. They were annoyed by having someone interrupt their process.Turns out there was one truck in the drive thru. Guess that overwhelmed them.
