Just stopped for a quick dinner before the show at the Paramount just around the corner. The location for the show was perfect. Food a bit over priced but fairly good.
Nearby activities: Famous Paramount theater just around the corner. Excellent location to fine dine before a show.

After another amazing stay at Grand Hyatt I can absolutely say I will not stay anywhere else. The service is always top tier, the rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable! Whether your staying for a family trip or just a nice couple get away it's perfect! The other great thing is how close things are to this location.

Server was way too high and took way too long to get us drinks. Also one of our drinks had a lipstick stain from another meal…

Stayed for a convention. It was a convenient location. This is the first time I would recommend the breakfast place at a hotel. Though it is not included it was worth the price.

The Grand Hyatt is a stunning property that truly exceeds expectations in every way. As a Fora travel advisor, I had the opportunity to tour the hotel and was blown away by everything it has to offer. Additionally, having stayed here before for a friend’s wedding, I can say firsthand that the experience was absolutely exceptional.
The staff at the Grand Hyatt are nothing short of amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Whether it’s answering questions, providing assistance, or ensuring every detail is taken care of, they truly go above and beyond. It’s almost overwhelming (in the best way possible) how attentive and available they make themselves.
The in-house dining is another standout. The food was absolutely delicious, and the in-house chef is nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish felt crafted with care and precision.
One of my favorite perks during the wedding was how convenient everything was. The venue was connected to the hotel, which meant no rides or driving were needed. It made the entire event seamless and stress-free for everyone attending. The venue itself was gorgeous—spacious, comfortable, and boasting spectacular views. It snowed during the wedding, creating a magical, snow-globe-like atmosphere that felt like something out of a dream.
The rooms were equally impressive—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The Grand Hyatt offers an unforgettable experience, whether you’re here for an event, a getaway, or just passing through. It’s a property I wholeheartedly recommend to clients and can’t wait to visit again myself!

Do not let the price fool you. The rooms are no better than a $99 a night room, and charging an additional $50 per night parking makes this a very low value for what you get. The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly, including the ones who do not appear to speak English. The location is not bad, but the homeless population nearby decreases a desire to travel around, especially at night hours. Overall, I would be disappointed if this travel was for a personal reason, but given the business application, it was not a bad experience.

BOOKING MEETING/ EVENT ROOMS:
--They lie about their price estimate, in fact their rooms cost significantly more than what they advertise. Make sure to not send any deposits since they are non refundable.
--They charge you a 27% service charge, even if you are not ordering any food. A take down of 1 table for a few people should not cost 27% of my bill.

Great hotel. Booked at a rate around $100/night before tax, which is a great deal for a Grand Hyatt. Upgraded to high floor with a city view, and the breakfast buffet was nice. It’s an old building but well-maintained.
Safety: Safe to walk around in the downtown.

5 star exceptional service from Rachel and her team, who made my kiddo's birthday trip extra memorable. Patrick at the front desk was equally welcoming. As Globalists, we were upgraded to a well-appointed executive suite. The attention to detail and personalized touches - from the sabrina carpenter cake to the printed birthday signs made this experience truly special. Huge thanks again to the team for making this trip so memorable!

Anytime we visit a new city, We like to stay downtown to get a feel for the city. The location is awesome! The rooms are like any Holiday Inn Express without some of the amenities that are in a Holiday Inn Express. There wasn't a microwave in our room. Basic things that are included in cheaper hotels are not here. It's just like any big-named hotel in a downtown area. No free breakfast... No free coffee in the lobby... The ONLY benefit of staying here is that you are downtown. This is a "One and Done" hotel for us. The best option is to find a cheaper hotel outside of downtown and stay there. At least the rooms have a microwave! Coffee? Yeah, the room has coffee, but if you're a real coffee drinker you drink more than 2 K-cups per day... And for that? $4 per cup from a "Barista" at the connected restaurant. One and Done, but the experience was nice. The room was way below expectations, but our kids loved the pool. The ONLY thing luxurious about this hotel is the lobby. The rooms? Holiday Inn Express minus a microwave!
