Accommodating service was incredible. They booked a quiet room for me to sleep (and deal with pain) and put a microwave, robe, slippers, and extra towels in the room before I checked in. Although the card from my university declined their charge when checking in (after the staff's authorization already), Ariana talked with her manager and let me check in, with a word that they could wait for a day for the univeresity staff to fix it and charge my card the next day if not. Ariana kindly let me know that the staff paid for it, which relieved me.They also upgraded my room when I mentioned shower's leaking and feathers hurting my nose. They honored the conference rate for me to extend my stay to help me deal with pain (not need to switch hotels with hurting back and leg). They put everything else again and bath matt to the room and did not ask me to check out from the earlier room until the new room was ready. Joe the manager even wrote to another manager of Hyatt to refund my money when another website double-booked me accidentally.A view from the 16th floor was not bad, but the view from the 22nd floor was outstanding. I did not feel like I needed to go out to a rooftop bar, because the sun set and night view was gorgeous.

The staff were professional, personable, accommodating and efficient. Beds were comfortable, clean rooms and great accommodations. The kids enjoyed the pool and rooftop track. Location was perfect for exploring downtown. Will stay again, for sure.

Bar(s) at the hotel closed around 10:30pm on Friday night! :/ also, the waitresses could be more friendly -it would be nice if they greeted their guests at the bar.

Honest but overall positive - A thing about us (single mom with 2 daughters) is we prefer 4-5 stars with pool &/or jacuzzi. This checked those boxes so I reserved through 3rd party booking. It mentioned the $45 parking garage but not the $57 valet, both of which suck. I could only find the valet, so I called front desk to be told by Steve he didn't know how to find the garage, so ultimately I picked some random garage that was $8 & was in the lobby within like 25 steps. Check-in was a breeze, although the room I reserved just a half hour prior was unavailable. We were upgraded to a higher floor with thin walls & stiff bed but was overall quiet. Nice view, clean room with good coffee. Mirror was a bit dim for doing makeup FYI. Next a.m. we went to the indoor pool, also with nice view, where the water was warm -ish & neighbors the gym. Not thrilled with gym folks watching my girls, but I can appreciate the layout. The fans were too loud to make business calls, but there was a nice patio that spanned the length of the pool area, where I was able to keep watch. What I really liked about this pool is it having adjacent restroom facilities with full shower amenities, so we were able to shampoo & condition the chlorine right out before heading upstairs, AND there was a swimsuit dryer! Who does that? We went elsewhere for breakfast bc $26 for an omelet is a sin, but at checkout, this being the day before Easter, we were so pleasantly surprised by the kind gesture of the staff to gift my girls Easter baskets & take them round the corner to find a legit hot chocolate bar with all kinds of gourmet fixings. They left feeling so special & relieved to not miss Easter festivities while on the road. Will definitely return.

The hotel itself and the staff were amazing but the location is lackluster with not much to offer within walking distance. We were “upgraded” to a suite but it was only on the 5th floor so not much of a view. Rode rhe elevator with someone who was offered a free upgrade, on the 25 floor! I am a globalist so I would have expected a bit more of an upgrade. All of the customer service was great, from valet, to check in, and the restaurant. Seemed to be fully staffed which was nice cause there was never much of a wait.Safety: A lot of homeless hanging around but felt safe in the hotel. The homeless don’t usually harass you or anything. Just a little uncomfortable.

Stay there during snow storm. Very nice and clean room with view on a stadium. Walking distance to many attractions and museums. The breakfast exceeded my expectations! The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great too.
