If I could give them 0 stars I would. We walked across the entire airport to come here. We got seated at the bar after waiting a long time and I showed them my Wisconsin I.D. They would not serve me because my I.D. was vertical even though it is a valid license that states my age well above 21 (26). We had to leave and did not get to eat. We looked up if we would be allowed to be served and it should have been no problem. Disappointed.

I had a 10 hour flight delay and was trying to find a place to have a meal and a beer. What a pleasant surprise. The food and beer was excellent as was the service. I ended up stopping back by for another beer a few hours later before my flight and look forward to enjoying their other locations in the Denver area.

This place is always understaffed. The food and beer is decent, but the service is slow and the attitudes are terrible. This is an airport…respect traveler’s time like Root Down does. We hadn’t seen our server in a long time and needed the check. I asked the bartender if he could print it out for us and he completely blew me off. Turns out there was a QR code on the table we could scan (which wasn’t clear). He could have been courteous and told me that, but this Great Divide location is not about courtesy.

Not bad food. I mean it's located in an airport so don't expect too much. The bison burger is good and the beers are decent. Next time I'm in Colorado I'll try the resturant directly.

I have been sitting 25 mins without water or food...several customers around me have gotten their drinks. One came after me, drank wine, and left while I sit at a table waiting for service. My male waiter finally returned without my food or water ant told me they were out of pilsner and amber beer, which i requested. This place sucks!

Most disgusting burger. Could smell the raw meet and the blood was seeping through the bun.Beer - American Lager - had a chlorine smell.Couldn't finish the burger or the beer.Only gave it 2 stars because the server was awesome. Otherwise it would have been 0 stars.Not one to complain about my food, now I just got to hope that as I fly I don't get sick.Not worth the wait or cost.

Great food but I got overcharged. Only had one beer - got charged for 3 - which I didn’t notice before paying because I needed to get to my flight. Called them and left a message asking them to call back. No response. I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company.

I would give this place NO stars if that was an option. Super slow when the place was full of people and when it was practically empty. Ordered fries only and it took over 45 minutes. Had to get them to-go when they finally came out. All staff were in the back for 12 minutes including bartender while customers were still sitting at bar and at tables. Guest were trying to pay and nobody was around. Completely disengaged staff. Horrible experience

Worst service ever. We sat down for twenty minutes and never saw a server. Tried to order with our phone but it wouldn’t go through — said ask your server for help. Four other tables of customers around us left. My husband went to the to-go window to order. While I was waiting for him, I finally saw a server who told me we couldn’t bring the to-go food and eat there. She was very rude. If you’re short staffed or the app is down, I get it. But don’t kick out the customer who made the effort to purchase food from you anyway. And the food was very bland, luke warm and way overpriced. All in all, very frustrating experience.
