Gross salad. Unbelievably expensive. $25 for the worst salad I’ve ever had.

Get the small sized salad. It's giant! One of the best salads I've ever had.

The superfood salad is delicious and the small is absolutely huge. It is filled with edamame, chickpeas, beets, and dried cranberries. Fresh spinach makes up the base. I found a perch at the bar and enjoyed my salad with a cocktail. Great light lunch and enough to take home for another meal..
I work upstairs and so I eventually wind up trying all the restaurants downstairs. I ordered a large cobb and upgraded for $5 to make my salad a ridiculous $21 total cost. I figured Id splurge since its a Friday and I was starving. It tasted good, but the salad was TINY and I literally only had a couple of shreds of chicken. I could barely find any protein. Enjoy that $21 Huntsman. My wallet is $21 lighter and Im still hungry.
Decent salads, but they really need to start massaging their kale!! Raw kale must be massaged to be less bitter/more edible :-)
Decent salad place. Would like to see better prices.
You kidding me? $15.00 for a small bland salad with 4 cubes of tofu? My co-worker talked me into going to the market for lunch, the market was crowded and cool but I wanted something lite and I got lite alright. Wow how do establishments justify this and expect repeat business? When I got back to the office.... And still hungry, I spoke with others in the office about this terrible salad place at the milk market and they all referred to it as the ripoff salad joint..anyway I will not be back or recommend.
I used to get the lunch special but now it's overpriced ($6 for the old special vs $11 for the new, with protein). Last caesar salad I got was mostly lettuce, swimming in dressing, with a whisper of cheese and four croutons. Not sure what's been happening at the Green Huntsman but it's slipped pretty hard the past few months.

This used to be my favorite place for lunch to grab a healthy salad at a good price point. Over the past 4 months however, the menu has drastically changed, the lunch salad deal has been removed, the costs have increased, and the protein portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller.
Today I visited and requested a small BYO salad with salmon protein. The small salad was $9 for up to 4 toppings and protein was an extra $4. The amount of salmon that I received that cost $4 was the size of a golf ball.
At checkout, my total for a small salad was over $15 and with tip (because the staff is always so kind) it was over $17 in the end.
This summer the same salad was costing me $12 including tip.
This place continues to make very poor decisions and according to the staff that was there today, the business has been seeing less and less patrons visit because of these very reasons.
Today was the last day I visit the Green Huntsman.
I would say this place is just ok. The salads are something I could easily make from home, so I wasn’t impressed. There’s always a TON of lettuce, but they are pretty skimpy on the toppings, so it feels like you’re mostly just eating a lettuce salad. If I had to sum this place up, I’d just say “meh” and move on.
The server was extraordinarily kind. The small chicken caesar was enough for two. Fresh romaine and above average pulled, roasted chicken.
Not all salad are the same. The man making it threw it together. Didn't cut the meat like the women next to him and dropped half on the ground. The pieces were so large that it made it hard to eat. Also, the other women just picked who she wanted to help not going in order of the line. There was no customer service or kindness at this booth.
Too much dressing and poorly mixed.
