Bad quality, poorly managed, overpriced.

Love the smoothies here, however, check your receipt! The last 4 times I came here I was overcharged.

The people working here are so friendly, and their portions are absolutely huge! I got a salad with soba noodles and it lasted me two meals. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite restaurants in Denver. So tasty, fresh, & healthy. Menu is creative, & sometimes they offer great seasonal specials.

They have been very accommodating making several of their bowls and salads vegan. My favorite is the vegan sunrise and vegan yellow curry. The whole experience inside central market is fantastic.

Good Seed inside Denver Central Market is my new favorite healthy spot. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made without fillers — it’s veggie-forward in the best way possible.

I tried the Pumpkin Chai Smoothie, Blueberry Basil Smoothie, Autumn Squash Soup, Harvest Salad, and Tortilla Soup, and everything was delicious. You can tell they care about ingredients and flavor equally.

Perfect for a quick, nourishing lunch or a casual dinner that still feels special. Highly recommend!

I got the miso ginger salad. It was too salty and spicy for my taste. But they have a lot of vegan options so it's recommended if you're visiting the Denver Central Market.

Huge acai bowl. I got the baloo berry acai bowl which had acai base, with lemon curd folded in, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, topped with blueberries and enormous blackberries. Not overly sweet. I shared with my husband and we couldn't finish it all!

There menu is pretty decent with a handful of acai bowl options, salad options, soups, bowls, and they’ve got extra & add ons. Not a huge menu, but enough options to not overwhelm you.

I got their Lemon Acai Bowl for $13 which I wasn’t expecting much portion wise as I just wanted something refreshing, but the portion was really really good. Staff are quite friendly as well. The lady that prepared my acai bowl and gave it to me complimented my shirt!

This is the best smoothie bowl and smoothie place in all of Denver. I lived here for years and years and years and was so sad that I only found out about this place after I stopped living here it is the greatest smoothie bowl in all of Denver, Joey, who works there was so kind and helpful, and it was really busy and he reached out to help me order to make the line move faster every employee was very kind. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve always enjoyed Green Seed—the Bacon Fried Rice is solid. Disappointed to hear they took the oatmeal bowl off the menu since it was good enough to drive across town for.

The food was great and prices were reasonable. My daughter got an Acai bowl, wife the Vegan Sunrise Bowl, and I got the Loosey Goosey salad. All were very tasty and unique.
