2nd time going here and I went back because it’s a a cool spot and good beer selection. A load of people arrived when I got there and line was long, but didn’t take me long to get thru. They ran my card, no receipt and I thought there’s no opportunity to leave a tip. I learned on my second beer when I asked for a receipt that is because it’s an automatic 20% tip. I don’t like a tip decided for me, let alone a churn & burn operation getting people beer and ok move on, ‘next’. Not to mention I got a good size head of foam on my beer - I asked if I could have it topped off and reaction was like I was an inconvenience. Prob last time going, but not due to atmosphere, just policy.

Edit: response to below: Makes 0 sense. You’re not supposed to collect tips if you’re collecting a service fee. Just change the menu price to reflect 20% additional and advertise the same price you charge. Why would you be accepting or expecting tips at a self service place anyway? Place is owned by a massive corporation that just closed another location because their employees dared to unionize. Total mess
Was researching this place but decided on somewhere else because of the mandatory hidden junk fees. If you want to pay your employees more, that’s great, just bake that into the listed prices. Not fair to advertise one price and then sneak in a service fee at the end. A $20 burger + a mandatory $4 service fee is $24. Just write $24 on the menu. Same nonsense Ticketmaster does. Be honest with your customers and your reviews will improve. No one likes this business model. Sneaky and purposely misleading on actual costs. Advertise low and charge high,
Good food and beer but pricey pints
I had a mixed experience in the Beer Garden. Good selection of beer and good food. I was enticed by the weekly event that they advertise. I stayed just for this event. By chance, I won the event, with $30 in vouchers to pay towards my tab. When I went to pay, the manager informed me that I couldn't use these vouchers for my tab on this go-around. He said, you weren't supposed to win 2 music bingos so I refuse to honor it. 😂 Be advised that this is an airport bar. I'm from Colorado and yet I live 2 hours away. Who's coming back here to redeem $30 in bingo winnings on a separate night? Scammy event planning here geared at tourists. I don't care about the money in beer savings, just don't try to take advantage of Texans that way.
Come for the beer, don't stay for the well-advertised events.

Food and beer were good but automatically adding on a 20% tip for what was a fast food style service is a bit ridiculous. We had to clear our own trays and garbage. What was the 20% for?

Stopped in for a bite and a pint. Very cool atmosphere and decent beer selection. The food was delicious. The staff were friendly, but charging an automatic 20% tip on all food orders was uncalled for. We order our own food at the counter(fast food style), had to pick it up and bus our own table. Adding the tip to the drink order was acceptable, but tipping should be left to the customer, not corporate.

Service was good and quick. Food was bar food it was ok, one of the salads was very spicy, we were not expecting that at all. Overall a good place to hang and have a beer.

I ordered from the restaurant and received this message from the Uber Eats delivery person. That's not a problem; I can order elsewhere. But the restaurant refused to cancel my order so I could receive a refund. They listed the order as a delivery, which jeopardized both my refund and the delivery person's. Very unprofessional.

Food was ok, cocktails were amazing, but prices were very high compared to size of drinks...

At 950 we went to go close our tabs and they automatically closed our tabs before that after we told them that we would pay with cash. After closing out or tabs they automatically added a 20% tip which i would have happily paid if they would have honored my request to pay with chash and not closed my tab without my consent.

I was in Colorado work related. We decided to go to place outdoors. The outdoor was absolutely great. It was very large with plenty of seating. As for the service, we were hit with a 20% service fee as we served ourselves. We stood in line waiting for our food, drinks and we collected our condiments, napkins etc ourselves. I'm not sure were they come up with charging a service fee when in reality we serviced ourselves. Regarding the food we had a turkey sandwich which was very good but not worth paying a (20%) service fee without the service. Maybe a sign should be posted so all can make their own decision on eating at this establishment.

Tried the Apricot beer. Was delicious!! Then we had the Coloradan brat.. best one I’ve had. The cheese curds and fried pickles were also incredible. The atmosphere was so fun, good music, loved the fire pits. I’m in Littleton, so I’m bummed this spot is so far away from my neighborhood!
