You order food at the counter, then go over and get a beer at the bar, then when your food is ready, you pick it up. You never have to deal with any employees other than when you order, but they automatically add 20% to your bill for a gratuity. I guess this is their idea of helping to assure you are tipping their staff appropriately, so they don't have to pay them as much.

Stopped by to order food to go. They have a typical order counter and you retrieve your own food from the counter when it is ready. The odd thing is that they automatically add a 20 percent gratuity to the total. Other than that, we did enjoy our food. Hubby had the bison burger, and I had the green goddess bowl.
