December 18/25 To the Kitchen: absolutely unbelievable! I’m a pork green chili connoisseur and this was the best I’ve ever had. Most people cheat at the end with a cornstarch slurry and it leaves an alkaline taste in your mouth with each bite. But this kitchen does it the right way. Thank you for that. The filet mignon with the blue crab was done to perfection! Amazing combination. Very well done for the back of the house. I just wish I could say the same for the front of the house.
You could tell the bartender I sat in front of just didn’t want to be there. The bar area wasn’t busy at all and everything was done at a snails pace. Took a while to be even greeted let alone get an order placed. A customer from the dining area came to fetch his own drinks, two draft beers, because it was taking too long. Customer said “we ordered these 25 minutes ago and you’re just now pouring them?” he also made a martini for another customer in a visibly broken glass. Then had a less than apologetic attitude towards having to make another one. I myself had two smoked old-fashioned that he blow torched in such an extreme way that the whole cocktails on fire shooting fiery bits of wood chips all over the bar top. The inside of the glass was very foggy and looked like tar. Not sure if that’s normal.
The female bartender was racing around with her head chopped off. It was operant that she was doing all the work. Desperately trying to keep customers happy. Lesson learned, sit on the other end of the bar next time.

So, far the restaurant is comfortable, bar savvy. Tonight, seems if you don't have airport business, this place is great!

We come here “often” during our travels. (Like 6x a year). This last visit shocked us. The service was outstanding, but the food was less than optimal.
Not a great experience overall. The staff was friendly yet felt impersonal. I had the Salmon Benedict — it looked nice, but everything was way too salty. The seasoned spinach and salty lox together were over the top, and the English muffin tasted somewhat stale and grainy. Also, the menu was pretty misleading about the coffee — it’s $8 if you want refills, which felt a bit ridiculous for plain coffee.

Great food! Great Service! Steak salad was awesome with the shshito peppers for an appetizer!! Brian “the candy man” was a great waiter.
We recently had breakfast while staying at the Westin waiting on a flight. The setting was nice, lovely bar nearby, lots of light and view of the airport. We had a blond middle aged server who was kind and personable. Seated promptly and food arrived fairly quickly. I had the huevos rancheros and my husband had the classic breakfast. Both were very good. The eggs on both dished were cooked perfectly - my husband is particular about his over easy eggs. The bacon he has was crispy and not greasy. The sourdough toast another win as were the crispy side potatoes. My huevos could have been a little hotter, but the flavors were on point. My only problem was it was a large serving and sadly I had to leave lots on the plate. It was convenient and similar in price to other hotel restaurants. Would recommend and certainly eat there again.

Overpriced is the nicest thing I can say. The $19 bloody mary was a complete joke, totally bland, and no chaser. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.
For an airport restaurant, timing is everything. The entire terminal is closed for construction so I went to the Westin. 30+ minutes for Huevos Rancheros (it did taste good when it finally came) and it took the waitress another 30 minutes to bring the check. Mind you, there were a max of 6 tables with patrons. She was super friendly and did a good job, just so slow! Only go here if you have time to wait around!

I dine here when I come through to Denver on business.
Pros: located on the ground floor of the Westin Hotel. It’s convenient and the ambiance is bright and airy.
The menu is varied and there is a nice wine list with some cocktails offered.
Cons: it wouldn’t hurt for the servers to crack a smile and exude better customer service skills, especially the older, short blond haired female server. Most of the time I come in, she looks half constipated and angry. Relax. Smile. Be approachable. Try and have a conversation with your customers.
People are traveling, and everyone has a story. She is not friendly in the slightest. How she works with the general public when she possesses no people skills boggles my mind.
A glass of wine ranges from $16-21; a smoked old fashioned is $24. Quite overpriced. You could buy a bottle of the same wine for a lot less than what they charge you for a glass.
The pan seared halibut I had just 2 weeks ago (8/22/25) was absolutely delicious. Light, delicate, and the veloute was flavorful. I decided to have the same dish again today (9/5/25). Unfortunately, the veloute was dark yellow in color compared to a creamy white from two weeks prior. The flavor of the sauce was also lacking. The fish, though cooked perfectly, lacked actual seasoning. I had to add black pepper, salt, and even went so far as to ask for a side of chimichurri.
For $45, I expected BETTER. And what I really expected was the same wonderful flavors I experienced from two weeks ago. It’s the same dish for the same price. Why did the sauce change, and why was it BLAND?!
The chefs need to taste prior to sending dishes out and keep things consistent. Today’s halibut was disappointing.

While a group of us were waiting for our final friend's plane to arrive at DEN, we stopped by the Grill and Vine for lunch. Jay, the host, was friendly and welcoming. He showed us where to store our luggage during lunch. Our server was excellent, and the food was good. It was a pleasant way to spend an hour or so instead of hanging out at the airport.

Nice menu that should suit nearly all. Portions were plentiful and the service was friendly and professional. We nejoyed the short ribs and citrus salmon.
Ordered shishito pepper as appetizer and pepperoni pizza as main. Large enough for two. Service was friendly and fast.

Seems like the food was pre- made, arrived very quickly, taste was ok but could use more seasoning-gnocchi. Husband's salmon was not cooked through. Overpriced for the quality of food. But if staying at the hotel, best place there.
Best food on the airport property hands-down. Be sure to make a reservation, lines get quite long when flight cancellations start popping up. Very good hamburgers, outstanding service.
We needed to be on our way in one hour, as we had a flight to catch. We ordered the Don Caesar Salad with grilled shrimp and the Arugula-Frisée Salad with grilled chicken. Our meals were promptly delivered, and the shrimp and chicken were grilled to perfection!
