“Visiting Denver at Saturday night. I came back to my hotel at 130am and was looking for anything somehow healthy to eat. I know its a little much to ask so late at night. To my surprise I found out this place open till 3am. So I walked there since it was close to my hotel at start I didn't find it so I called them and the guy on the phone was super nice and told me the restaurant is right across civic center and found it easily. Im a middleeastern as well so was happy to find this place. I ordered Kafta kabbab pita and it was so good. The meat was tasty, pita was fresh and so is the salad they put inside. What a great surprise to have healthy food at 1:30am. Stuff are very nice and food was excellent. Ill definitely be back tomorrow to try the falafel. Highly recommend this place. Open till 3am. Wow. So good!!!“

“First time trying Mediterranean food and was pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty. The service was nice and the restaurant was very clean. It was sad to see it so empty tho. They deserve a chance considering the restaurant surrounding them are way overpriced. I'll be sure to return. Shout out to Erasto for helping me decide on a delicious gyro.“

“This is one of my Denver favorites so far. The falafel is so moist and crispy. The lamb kebabs are super delicious and grilled perfectly. The rice is really flavorful with sumac dripped on top of it. The samosas are some of the best I’ve ever had. It reminds me of a slightly higher end and better quality halal truck back east. Its also one of the most reasonably priced restaurants I’ve found since getting here.“

“The deli is inside the gas station, which has been around for decades. It’s family owned and operated (mostly). The folks here are always friendly.
These folks care about how a sandwich is built, which is appreciated. They have an extensive amount of sandwiches they offer, some of which may not be in the displayed menu, but they’ll do whatever you’d like if they have it available. They cut everything fresh, produce and meats. Hot subs are cooked on a conveyor toaster. Bread is sourced locally (the white sub roll is the best).
They also offer salads, breakfast burritos, potato and macaroni salads, and green chili - but I haven’t tried those yet.
Oh yeah, the prices are killer!“

“Hdden Gem Alert: Incredible Shawarma Inside a Convenience Store!
I have to admit—I was skeptical at first. A shawarma restaurant inside a convenience store, with mixed reviews? I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after trying their Chicken Shawarma Plate and Beef kabob Plate, I can confidently say this place blew my mind!
The beef was incredibly juicy, moist, and generously portioned. Both came with yellow rice, crispy fries, and fresh tomato and lettuce chops, making for a hearty meal. Each was around $12.99 . In Colorado, Mediterranean food can be pricey with small portions, but this spot gives you tons of food for the price—definitely a great value! Note: If you need pita bread and hummus, you must order it as a side. Not included with the plate.
I couldn't find any tables or chairs inside(not sure). I ordered online beforehand, which made the experience smooth.Did pickup. The store itself isn’t the fanciest, but don’t let its appearance fool you. If you want to try Mediterranean food without breaking your bank, in this economy, check out this spot.
Would I come again? Yes.
Would I recommend it? Yes“

“Since ownership changed at the beginning of 2022, this place has completely changed and not for the better, it was our go to place for good Persian food, now everything is cooked at once and re-heated, and not very good. I predict they will be out of business by the end of the year, I recommend Surena Persian Cuisine on Arapahoe Road in Centennial.“
