Probably one of if not the best burgers in Denver right now. The house pickles freaking legit, pro move is to order xtras on the side fek yeah. Thin smashburger patties have a lot of dank Maillard going on and very, very very good. Had a house sauce on it I didn't much care one way or the other for that doesn't need it. So excited this placed opened in Zeppelin Station!!! They have the impossible burger and it was delicious! My husband had the double cheeseburger and fries, he also loved his lunch. The price wasn't bad either... most restaurants really get you and charge more for the impossible. Excited to have lunch here again!!

The Hamburger Stan is one of the best, if not the best burgers I have ever eaten. It is without a doubt, in my mind, the best burger in Denver. I told the chef and cashier this, and received a high five. Among Zeppelin Station offerings (the food hall in which Hamburger Stan is located), this is 100% your best option.
