This location was pretty bad for customer serivce. All of the employees were rude ad no one was smiling or greeting anyone. I came in to order 3 ice cream cones ad wanted the front loops dipped. The young guy at the register didnt knownwhat I was asking for. I had to repeat my order 3 times then he understood. There were several employees in the back but no one was making my order. So then he finally went back there and made them himself. He didn't know how to build a cone so they were all different heights and the dip was too thick to bite into on one of them. The others, there wasn't enough dip. please train your employees to properly make an ice cream cone because at $2.19+ tax for each cone I expect that each come is similar and full for what I've paid for. The parking lot was terrible with it's huge pot holes and tiny parking spaces. Ppl were parked over the lines and taking up 1.5 parking spaces and not leaving others room to park.
