Hospitality wasn't that good when I came in to the restaurant and asked a question. I was holding my son in his car seat which is pretty heavy. Most moms know what I'm taking about. Anyways I asked if we could seat ourselves and got a rude comment to the question I asked. When I got my food I thought my sandwhivh was supposed to have a lot more condiments on it which it didn't. I was confused what I just paid 15$ for??. Food still tasted good but sife portions is not worth the money. Small sife portions.

As always this place was great ! I tried the grilled cheese with brisket today and was not disappointed. It is now my official favorite sandwich here with a side of their delicious Mac and cheese. Staff was friendly and attentive as always. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work from all of us at Hotchkiss!

The staff was very friendly. The ribs, mac and cheese was very good. The greens were good, just a bit too much vinegar, I enjoyed the spice with the greens. B.B.Q beef sandwich great, so was the cole slaw.

We recently ordered a little of nearly everything for a gathering and everyone loved everything!If you want to be known as the most awesome restaurant picker of your friends, show them this place!And then go back often!

The BBQ was tender with a good smoked flavor.I was not happy with the way they prepare the take out orders. It may be that they were out of containers. I ordered 3, 2 Meat combos. They wrapped each meat item separately in foil and put them in a bag with all of the sides and sauces.The 4oz sides are small as well but we enjoyed our meals.

I'm very picky about my BBQ! The smoky flavor of the meat was amazing! It was so great I really didn't need the sauce. I tried only one flavor of BBQ sauce. It was perfect! I will definitely try the other flavors too. Loved the sides too. Will definitely eat here again.

This place is unbelievably good. We got here close to closing time so they only had brisket and pulled pork left. So we obviously got both with a side of fries. All three were great. Fries were cut mighty thin with an amazing seasoning on them. Meats were delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try more.

Hank's is nice, clean, and peaceful establishment. The staff is professional, courteous, and fair. The food is fantastic! I love the greens!

I ordered the 2 meat platter. The Brisket was good but a bit dry (mixed brisket) the pulled pork was over seasoned as it seems they add spices prior to serving and some pieces were cold. The Pork Sausage was bland and barley warm. The sweet tea had a bitter taste to it. The Mac and Cheese was so spicy I could not enjoy it, and I love spicy foods. Overall the staff is wonderful but to spend 27 for lunch will not happen again, nor would I come back. I was there on 4/3.

I would give them a 5star for how tasty the brisket and turkey is. And a 2star for how small the meat portion is, if I pay over 20$, I expect to leave somewhat full, but it is my fault for not asking since it was our first time there and we are from out of state. There were out of fries, which is staple in a restaurant business. Friendly staff.

While I have not eaten at every BBQ restaurant in the world, I have eaten at Hank’s an amount my primary care doctor would likely consider unhealthy. They are phenomenal both in product and customer service. They are one of those places that closes when they run out of food, and unlike most they have to live up to that.You are reading a google review of a restaurant, so you’re smart enough to read their menu. If it’s on there then it’s great. Even the chicken, and I hate BBQ chicken. Just go.
