Hapa Sushi Grill and Sake Bar

I love Hapa. I go there at least once a week. The XXX roll is to die for. My home away from home.

AMAZING as always!! For all of you out there with food allergies please know they take care of you! We had a wonderful waiter, over the top actually!! He made sure my food was safe, means everything. It's also a fun and trendy place with the best food ever!!!

It took 35 minutes to get a round of drinks. We were half way done e with our main course by the time the got to the table. When they finally arrived the order was incomplete. My sister had to actually Get Up from the table and walk to the Bar to get a glass to serve herself her sake. The beer was forgotten about so we had to ask for that again. We had a 7 o'clock reservation and didn't have a complete drink order until 7:40!! Like seriously? This is how you serve your guests? Didn't even see a Manager! Anyway they comped them . won't be Back to Dine however will continue to order takeout! Maybe some people need to be retrained .

Had a fun meal during Happy Hour yesterday. Had 5-month old that really liked new Kid's Menu items, even the broccolini. Staff were very accommodating. All adults ate more than we should have. Very fun!

We opted to sit outside because the entrance of the restaurant smelled like sewer ... and it's been like that for several visits now.

Hot dishes arrived cold - and we were only a three-tip - Service was nice but inefficient - if you know that there are dishes to be shared - you should already have a stack of small plates and paper napkins - instead of going back and forth and etc - Need better training on the front of the house and those hot dishes need to be taken off the counter and delivered - This is not the first time this has happened at this particular Hapa Sushi - so, manager needs to get on it !

Love Hapa, it has been a fantastic local go to for decades, I hope it stays around for decades more. It's good sushi without the attitude. It's also a decent place to go sit at the bar for happy hour.

Overall excellent experience, service a bit slow (they were very busy) but still pretty darn perfect!

One of our favorite sushi places in Denver, we've been coming here for nearly 20 years! The quality, service, and delicious food have remained steady. We'll remain loyal customers and fans.

Really fantastic dinner and atmosphere. Sushi was so fresh, and the Magic Mushrooms were TDF! Love the taro tuna poke; better than in HI, IMO. All in all, a wonderful experience. Keeps us coming back time after time!

It was my mother and I first time coming to this restaurant. Our server made sure we had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the vibes were great. Will definitely be coming back!

Happy Hour at Hapa is the best! Always have to get an order of gyoza and a “Geisha Teardrop” cocktail (Grey Goose vodka with fresh watermelon purée and mint).
