I thought HAPPY CAFE was gone for good, But as soon as it open the food is always still AMAZING. I love how cheap the meals are and I can use what I can eat with my steamer rice with just $6.95.

Fantastic authentic Chinese on Federal. Mapo tofu, duck, beef chow fun, and spicy green beans were so good. They don't skimp on the málá (Sichuan peppercorns).

Amazing. Better than places we went to in NYC and Washington DC area. This is authentic cooking that is relatable, flavorful, reasonably priced. Packed for lunch mid-week. Given the prices now of going out, ditch the hipster places and come here.
