I thought HAPPY CAFE was gone for good, But as soon as it open the food is always still AMAZING. I love how cheap the meals are and I can use what I can eat with my steamer rice with just $6.95.

Amazing. Better than places we went to in NYC and Washington DC area. This is authentic cooking that is relatable, flavorful, reasonably priced. Packed for lunch mid-week. Given the prices now of going out, ditch the hipster places and come here.

This Chinese/Cantonese restaurant on Federal Blvd is truly a hidden gem. They offer a wide variety of flavorful dishes, each packed with authentic Cantonese taste. What really sets them apart, though, is the exceptional service — much warmer than most other Cantonese spots around. While many are flocking to that popular noodle soup restaurant in the same strip mall, I highly recommend giving this place a try instead. You won’t be disappointed!
