Hasu Sushi has been my go to sushi restaurant since COVID. They serve fresh sushi and the service is incredible! They have a wide selection of rolls along with lots of nigiri options. I mean who doesn’t want high quality sushi for a affordable price? Especially in the Cherry Creek Area, this is a awesome deal! Their gyozas are amazing. Hasu has been our go-to for a while now. It was absolutely exceptional today!! Amazing specials.. toro, uni from japan, Japanese red snapper, and of course all the usuals. This place knocks it out of the park consistently! The service is really good too. Same staff and always very attentive. If I could give it 10 stars- I would!

Very disappointed — never been here and thought I would treat myself to several rolls to-go from here after getting a some coupons in the mail. Ordered lunch special with 2 rolls and the cherry creek roll. The house salad lettuce was brown and the “tempura” sweet potato in the sweet potato roll was still raw like a carrot.
