Hayati Mediterranean Grill goes crazy. Hole in the wall joint serving it up proper. The gyros slap hard and you’re not finding a better bang for your buck anywhere. Shawarma plates? Premo every time. This spot just hits.

Good halal food. Get yourself a cheesesteak after you pray in the nearby mosque.

Food is good, the place is dirty and needs cleaning. Bathroom is filthy

Just might be the best value in Denver. Gyro with a good amount of meat for 8 bucks. Not to mention it tastes better than most gyros double its price from places like Byblos and Zaman.

Not the greatest to sit inside, I’d rec takeout and go eating it at fuller park.

Ordered chicken shawarma plate. Chicken is died red/pink with almost no flavor. Looks nothing like the picture on their website. Site pictures hummus, comes with yogurt sauce instead. Baklava was pretty bad too. Fries were good.

We ordered the beef plate that was on their menu then had to prove it was actually listed after ownership tried to convince us they didn't have it. Since they obviously didn't have it. Then, there was no difference between shwarma and chicken. Food was fine

Edit: Found a hair in the watery, white sauce. The hummus tastes super weird like it has cheese in it almost. Definitely missing salt and lemon and seems like it is made with an oil that is not olive oil.

I came here after seeing great reviews. I got gyro and chicken shawarma plates. The chicken shawarma is pink, almost like tandoori chicken that completely lacks flavor. The gyro is burnt and very salty. The plate is predominately rice which tastes how I imagine creek water would with two watery, flavorless sauces, soggy cucumber salad, and a little meat. All of this for $18 per plate… The restaurant -if you can call it that - seems to be fashioned out of the storeroom of the adjoining corner store/vape shop. The premises are very dirty. The power outlets lack proper covers, tiles falling off the walls, etc. I don’t know how this place has such good ratings.

Really dry falafel, felt stale. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, smelly and bad - definitely violating some codes. For the price, the food and quality was bad. The ambience to dine in was very poor and dirty. Tables were not even clean. They charge service tax on top of sales tax and then also expect tips. Won't recommend.

Disgusting, dirty, ceiling falling down into the restaurant. The filth was worse here than anywhere I have ever gone. We took our food to go. I didn’t have the balls to eat it. While we were waiting for it to be done, homeless people came in and hung out. Management didn’t care. This place needs to be shut down!!

Some of the best Mediterranean food by far. We had gyro, shawarma and the tilapia, all of it was exceptional!
