This is the BEST Mediterranean food I have had since moving to Denver. Highly recommend it. The restaurant itself is a little run down. Don’t let that stop you from ordering food to take out.
We were traveling back to Michigan thru Denver. It was evening and we were super tired after almost 8 hours of road journey in 80 F. While surfing thru several options we decided to give it a try. It was an online order. Shawarma Plate, Shawarma Sandwich and 6 PC Falafel. Despite the hunger we as a family are very picky eaters. The boxes were opened and the moment we started consuming the food, everyone in the family started saying we could have ordered more food and different...
The portions are plentiful. These sandwhiches have meat and falafel falling out of the pita bread there is so much. They are quite generous in this aspect.
Also, the fattoush salad is the best in Denver, no question about it. If you can get it, you will thoroughly enjoy this salad.
This little hole in the wall has got some gems inside. It's not the greatest atmosphere but I have a feeling that will change with time as this restaurant...
