Mother daughter owned and they are the sweetest people, the service was welcoming and energizing and I left refreshed and energized. Highly recommended if you have the time stop by ! They also do delivery and are very honest with their ingredients.

If there was more stars trust me I would put many cause the fact that there is food that is really health and very delicious is amazing! All the food is healthy and the drinks, oh lord dont get me started on how I feel very full with the shakes and the other drinks give me so much energy, I feel like a kid all over again. Even for work, i have energy all day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Hit lock on your rental car and go inside!!! Do not walk away from this place order everything when I say everything I mean everything the protein crêpes were amazing if you’ve ever lived in France, you know what real crêpes taste like and somehow they managed to put protein in it and still make it taste spectacular! Tres bon! Location may not be classy but this cafe is top quality and really nice staff We drove far for a good crepes and healthy natural protein boost start to the day before our rigorous hike! Was worth the drive !!! Food made FRESH

I'm absolutely blown away! This place is a hidden gem not only is it incredibly affordable, but the heart behind it shines through in every detail. The owner is truly inspiring so kind, passionate, and clearly dedicated to a health cause that matters. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a place with purpose and soul.

And the food? Wow. Do yourself a favor and try the French toast with bananas and strawberries it’s killer! Every bite was heavenly.

I walked in and was greeted right away! They asked if it was my first time and quickly walked me through the menu, explained the portion sizes and gave suggestions. They asked about dietary restrictions and explained what ingredients were in the crepes I ordered. The crepes were delicious and so was the shake. Definitely will be back! Thank you. ☺️

Went to the shop for a morning smoothie and it wasn't open even though Google Maps said it was 😅
