My absolutely favorite bakery. Coffee is great, too.

Every time I’ve been to this location the person at the register has been rude. Bakery items are decent but they need to be more carful about telling customers with allergies what’s in the item. I wouldn’t go there for the coffee.

Hearth is a great addition to the neighborhood. They have breathed new life into the old Novo space - very bright and thoughtfully decorated. Really good pastries and coffee. But by far, their best attribute is their customer service. It’s a business I will continue to supper and hope they stay here for a long time.

Hearth is exactly the kind of spot West Highlands needed. I stopped in with a friend and we were immediately struck by how beautifully they’ve revamped the old Novo Coffee space - warm wood tones, soft natural light, and a vibe that feels both modern and cozy.

We started with the Lavender Rose Iced Oat Latte, which was as gorgeous as it was delicious - lightly floral, not too sweet, and perfectly creamy. For pastries, the Grapefruit Earl Grey Tea Bread was a standout: tender crumb with a delicate citrus-tea flavor that felt like spring in every bite. And the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie? Absolutely unreal - gooey center, crisp edges, and that deep, nutty richness only brown butter can bring.

For something heartier, we split the Spicy Turkey Provolone Sandwich, which packed real flavor - the perfect balance of heat, melty cheese, and savory turkey on fresh, crusty bread.

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, and it’s clear they care about the details - from the thoughtful menu to the plating to the warm energy of the space. Hearth is definitely going into the regular rotation.

One of the very few authentic coffee shops in Denver.
Their Tahini cookies are great too.

The best coffee and baked goods in Denver! Such a welcome addition to the Highlands neighborhood. I visit at least twice a week. The scones, croissants, bread loaves, etc are all stellar and baked with love and care. Love that they have a jar program for drinks to encourage sustainability too. All the Hearth locations are worth a visit, but especially this one!

The cutest lil bakery with a nice patio. Great pastries and nice vibes; their coffee is definitely not up to par with their baked goods, but their muffins, croissants, and danishes are some of the best in town!

We are so happy Hearth opened!! Their pastries are great - we love the white chocolate raspberry scone! I love that they have reusable coffee cups. An awesome addition to 32nd street.

Nice bakery & coffee shop where Nova used to be. We tried a sweet and a savory pastry, both were great. Likewise enjoyed the cappuccino. They have a glass bottle re-use policy for their drinks, where you get $0.50 off when you bring the bottle back, so that's nice to see a company leaning into eco-friendly re-use.

My absolute favorite baked goods paired with my absolute favorite coffee. You really can't go wrong here.

The white chocolate raspberry scone is to die for (even if you're a white chocolate sceptic like myself). The tahini cookie and chocolate brownie are other favorites of mine.

Great service and a nice spot to hang out as well!

Just became my go to place whenever I need a coffee on the go. They offer a reusable glass jar that I can bring back and receive a discount. Love wasting less.

Excellent little coffee shop with a sort of minimalist eco vibe, serving top-notch bread and baked goods from Hearth bakery. Not a ton of seating but good place to work if you can snag a table. Glad to have them in the Highlands! Save your jars! 🙂
