Chocolate is creamy and rich. Prices are comparable to Toscanini. Lots of original flavors but some of them don't really work. Cucumber lime is like eating a raw cucumber and the tequila doesn't really taste like tequila.

I am not a big reviewer and i realize people have bad days… but- i just ordered 2 scoops of gelato on a sugar cone. Gabe gave it to me in a cup. When i politely asked for the cone he became upset. He rang me up at 9.50 for a gelato cone. When i said. Oh wow how did it get to 9.50 he explained the prcing and i gently commented- oh wow. He became aggressive and told me i didn’t have to come back. No prob Gabe, who made sure i knew he was the owner. I own a hospitality company and i know it is tough out there and the public is not always easy but the way he treated me was beyond poorly, bordering on provoking/aggressive. Btw- 9.50 for mediocre icy gelato?

Such a cute little shop. The flavors where great. I feel that on the weekend in this area you need me than one person working. This place was packed and the one guy was great but it was only him.

I'm a regular at their Cherry Creek location, which I gave 5 stars to.Second time at the Larimer St location and the second time they've had limited flavors with a majority of the trays having a scoop or two left and being melted (literally). This is at 2:15 PM, just after they opened for the day. Staff here always seems grump, despite me being an easy customer (I don't ask for samples and just order simple items).Quality and service here make it feel like a completely different company.Lastly, this is a chain, not a franchise, so why do my loyalty points from different locations not combine?

We love this place. Our son is dairy intolerant so there aren’t many places he can get a treat. We popped in today so he could get a milkshake after lunch. The server was so nice! We had lovely chit chat with her. She even gave me another taste of the Heaven I’ve cream when mine slipped off the spoon into the floor. I would highly recommend the avacado, if you can believe that??!!! It was delightful! If I hadn’t been so full from lunch I def would have jumped on that! The ship is always so clean and bright and just so pleasant to visit.
