You would expect the chips that they offer were the ones on display. Instead they hit you with a cheap bag of plain laysNo bread choices either, unless burnt was a option. The cashier was nice. The I assume manager isn't

Ordered a sandwich with chips. Don’t fall for the display of nice chip choices by the cashier where your order is taken. But everyone was told that you couldn’t grab those chips, you had to get your chips where you pick up your food. And then they only give you plain lays. Not the end of the world but definitely seems like you’re mislead by the choices.

Ordered a cold Italian sub. The sandwich was mediocre (mostly bread if you’re in to that). Menu said it came with a pickle and choice of side (chips, cole slaw, or potato salad). I wasn’t told they were out of pickles until after I paid and there was also no choice for the side. I received the world’s smallest bag of Classic Lay’s. When I inquired about receiving partial money back for these issues, I was told the pickle and chips were free with the sandwich. Cool Heidi’s.

Heidi's is my go-to to treat myself while working. The prices are a bit higher than other options in the airport, but the fresh bread made daily, and quality ingredients make it a great splurge. And I love it when they bake sweets! It makes the whole concourse smell divine ;) I tried their fresh brownies today and they were sooo good! So rich I couldn't finish it in one sitting though, so great for when you've got time to kill on a layover or when I'm on break, or just to share. The sandwiches are great too. (The Bronx Bomber is my favorite, highly recommend)Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-and-dairy-free, and vegetarian options available, all made in-house.
As "Brooklyn" and "Deli" as the name "Heidi" ...A little puny sandwich for those trapped at an

Ordered online they didn't have even half of what I ordered. They also messed up my sandwich and then couldn't refund me for anything. I paid $18 for a sandwich I didn't order and it wasn't good.

Worst, slowest service I've ever seen in an airport. The woman working there looks sooooooo miserable.. Literally no one even in line with an emoyee standing there and still can't get helped. Absolutely terrible.
I regret ignoring the reviews. If you’re considering going here, might as well spend the time going genuinely anywhere else. Also notice the amount of promises to improve from the company in the reviews. Yeah no

I understand that prices are becoming inflated pretty heavily and this is in an airport but $9.00 for literally one cup of grapes is robbery.

I came by for some snacks in between connecting flights, the individual who’s name on the receipt was Demekech, was rude, did not give me my total, and claimed they had no food left while it was 3 hours before closing. They did not even so much as greet me. I get it probably a long shift, it was getting towards the end of the night, but if you don’t want to be in a place don’t be there. At least let me know what my total is.

Passing through the Denver airport I usually have pleasant interactions with people. This place does not employ people who know how to interact with others who live in a normal society. They are disrespectful, abrasive, impolite and very impatient. The lady that I had to interact with today doesn’t have the personality type to work with the general public.
