Best bar in Denver! Recently changed management and is now running even smoother than before. The bands are always amazing with great music and energy. Beer is cheap and cold! Always a great time at Herbs!

Had a very similar experience to Rebecca in the comment below. I had just walked into the bar, completely sober, and was standing in a corner minding my own business watching the band when the “manager” and his buddy suddenly escorted me out. Not sure of his name, but he looked older and had a beard. When he escorted me out, I asked for a simple reason and he refused to give it. As I was leaving, I saw another wook looking guy wink at me. Very strange, but all I know is I’ll make sure to spread the word about this joint. Sad to see that this bar is part of the larger problem with society these days.

Beyond awful experience. My friend and I ordered a drink, drank most of it, we were having a good conversation with eachother in a calm way, the two bartenders took our drinks away, and we were shocked. They told us to leave, but they couldn’t tell us why. Like if we were so messed up or something, can you calmly tell us, and I would have left. I have this recorded, when we kept asking the one guy bartender said, we were informed by other employees on Larimer St. That we were a nuisance and to get out. That’s all heresay! We didn’t do anything, what the hell is wrong with this place! Don’t go there!

One of the best dive bars in Denver. Few windows, super dark, and a ready supply of Malort. Honestly, though, a great place for Louisiana beers which can be hard to find in Denver.

Diana was amazing!! I will never forget this night. Her band, OMG! We weee celebrating my husbands birthday and this experience made it all the more memorable. I can’t wait to come back and visit.
Came for Jazz and had a great evening it's great music, conversation and vibe. 100% will be back for one of Denver's institutions for amazing local

We used to come here all the time, and Jeff always took care of us. Tonight we came in and sat at the bar for 25 minutes before we gave up and left without a drink. A local told us that one of the owners was the guy who was too busy with the young girls at the end of the bar to serve us. Well good on you mate, hope you got laid cause we would've spent real money at your bar if you would've let us.

Was looking for a chill spot to watch live music during my stay in Denver. Everything started off great and I opened a tab when we arrived. When I went to grab us another round about 30 min in, they wouldn't serve me. I waited around 40 mins to try and order and the bartenders skipped over me about 10 times. They even verbally told me they'd be right with me and then went back to the other side of the bar. I thought it might be because I was at the end of the bar except they served a couple people right away who walked up next to me and even had served some people two rounds within that time. I ended up having to ask the security guard to close my tab because I couldn't even get them to do that. This turned out to one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a bar and I wouldn't recommend this place.
