I will admit the food here is fresh and good. Do yourself a favor and get the Kalua pork slider appetizer. It's really only enough for one person but it's amazing. I do have a few issues with the place overall. I've been three times and there's only ever one worker. So if you go during prime hrs (which I did yesterday) there's a bit of a wait bc the person taking your order is the same person making it. Second, I brought my dog and was planning on sitting outside. I was told he couldn't sit next to me and needed to sit outside their gated area.... what. She said it was a health code violation. I am perplexed. How does my dog sitting an extra two feet away outside their railing make a difference? It wasn't even like they had a patio it was just a railing separating the sidewalk. This is outrageous. I have literally never heard of that before.Apparently not a dog friendly place at all. I usually am under the impression that if a place has outdoor seating I can bring the dog and sit outside but not here. For that, I will not be coming back

This place is really hit or miss. I've been here a handful of times and the fish has always tasted fresh and the sauces are delicious. Unlike most poke places, they don't overdo it on the sauce which allows for you to taste the fish and toppings. The service however, isn't always as great. The first time I came to try this place was around 4pm on a Friday and when I walked in a woman came out from the back while putting her mask on. She wasn't very kind and seemed annoyed that I couldn't hear her. She told me she only had tuna left and I decided to leave given her poor customer service and the lack of options. I decided to give it another shot a week later and was helped by a friendly and helpful gentleman. He was great and the food was wonderful! Thinking the first time was just a "bad day" I returned for a third time and had the same woman from my first experience. She was again very rude, short and overall seemed bothered to have to take my order. She started off by telling me that I had to wait 30 minutes because she had two orders ahead of me and that I had to order online because the iPad (register) was not charged. I did end up ordering to-go and was happy with my food. I stopped by today at 3:30pm and they were already closed even though they had a sign up stating they'd close at 4pm. I may just give up on driving out to pick up poke here.

Beautiful bowl presentations! Each bowl is crafted so nicely and with such detail. The combinations complement each other just right. Even the dressing for some of the poke like "The OG" bowl was true to the ones in Hawaii. I have been eating poke for some time now before it became readily accessible. Some of the other bowls are a little more creative but the combinations seemed tasty. The only downside would be the portion size. I felt it was a small size for the $16 price tag and I was not completely satiated. Other than that, taste wise and presentation wise, I would not change a thing. Also the place is super cute!

Visiting Denver, expecting to be digging through the city of meat & beer for some great healthy seafood options... and to my luck I was walking by this spot & saw some fish art on the window pane and I just knew I stumbled on some poke- And you know I got excited haha Ross, the amazing employee out front, welcomed me into the Hawaiian Fusion Poke Land Of Yum where I was welcomed again by Karsten whom built me the most delicious Build Your Own Poke Salad Bowl w/ Ahi & Seared Salmon. Also, had to try the Frake Sake Slush that Ross sold me on & the Broccoli On Fire that Karsten gotme hooked on! Everything was INSANELY fresh & mouth watering!I'm usually a slow eater, but damn, I had to go in hahaTHANK YOU ROSS & KARSTEN!*NOTE: HAWAIIAN FEMALE OWNED- GET THE PICKLED SHIITAKE TOPPING & GLUTEN FREE SHOYU SAUCE WOW!!!

Hi Tide is one of my go-to spots for poke in the Rino/Ballpark area. This place is fantastic! My favorite thing on the menu is The OG which is a poke bowl that I get with half rice, half mixed greens, half tuna, half salmon, avocado, sweet onion, scallion, jalapeno, toasted sesame, furikake, seaweed salad, and the house-made shoyu sauce. Everything is extremely fresh and the combination is delicious!Check out this poke spot for a quick, healthy, and inexpensive lunch / dinner!

I crafted my own bowl with salmon, which was average; however, we ordered ahead and our order was a disaster. It is disappointing to get home and find items missing plus sauce all over bowls that was supposed to be on the side. The individual working seemed very overwhelmed so perhaps it was just a bad night but safe to say we won't be paying these high prices for missing items again soon.

Great poke! We're from Hawaii and have been checking out some different poke concepts in and around Denver. We ordered 2 Shoyu Bowls (OG Tuna) and they were terrific. Simple and delicious. Thanks Hi Tide!

This place was good overall but there are better options for poke bowls. I was excited to try it since I love kalua pig (I'm from Hawaii) and it's not nearly as common to find this type of Hawaiian food in Denver. The kalua pig was delicious and cooked exactly right! I'd say if you want to check out this Hawaiian specialty then definitely try it here. However the ahi poke bowl was pretty mediocre. The portion was really small and the quality of the ahi was pretty low. I'm not a big eater but the bowl is too small of a meal on its own, which is really disappointing given the $15 price point. If you're looking for a poke bowl them there are certainly options that are tastier and a better bang for the buck. However, the place is in a fun area and has a cute little patio so if you're in the area grabbing beers and need some food I would definitely recommend trying their kalua pig!

AMAZING POKE! We got the black bean with ahi and the siracha with salmon— both bowls were out of this world. We also got a broccoli side dish that could arguably be described as the best broccoli in the world. It is breaded and fried and full of flavor. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone, but also feel like it’s a perfect introduction to poke for kids because the sauces are not spicy and the meals are healthy (portion sizes are perfect for those with different appetites as it comes in either large or small).

Absolutely love this place! The food is incredible. The employees are so friendly. The vibe is amazing. Every time I walk into Hi Tide or order takout, it feels like a mini vaction. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I eat here everyday. I love it. Simply amazing and healthy. Only complaint is the pricing on the pork slider. For that price it should be two.
