This historic original Coors tap house is one of the greatest bars and restaurants in Denver, tucked away in the very hip Highlands neighborhood. The amazing bartenders and staff offer great service that perfectly complements the delicious and tasty food. The menu is absolutely mouth-watering, from the house-made pork rinds and tavern tots to the delicious pastrami. My personal favorite, though, has to be the green chili stew.

Visited Highlands Tavern while out for our annual visits. Really cool spot pub food and drinks. Their beer list is excellent with some more rarer beers and their food is spectacular. To top it off, their service is the bomb… fun and appreciative staff. Will come back again. Thank you!!!

Through the menu at me , had terrible customer service , called the owner he seemed to not care too much either , definitely won’t go there again nor send anyone there , sad because I live 2 minutes away but the energy is bad.

Gotta get the tots. We moved from the area about 5 years ago into the mountains. We took the hour drive just for the tots. Still just as good as always. And I wish they bottled the Ranch dressing. Its perfect.

Had a great recent visit for a private event. Bartender & all staff were courteous & very nice. I've been inside before but only to the front bar. Enjoyed the pool table located upstairs towards the back left side.

Bartender complained to my friend that he didn't tip as we were gonna group tip, told us to go to mcdonald's next time. If mcdonald's has better customer service than your tavern that's an issue.

The tator tots alone are worth the visit. The sandwiches are on point. And the atmosphere is chill. Highly recommend this place.

We ordered the fish sandwich special and fish used on both our sandwiches had gone bad. They served it to us anyway and it was disgusting.

Hard to limit my profound love for this establishment. This neighborhood joint makes any and everyone feel welcome. Brit, Kelly, Mike John are just a few who will help turn your day around or keep your day going strong with the rotating specials (more cheesesteak egg rolls please), robust rotating beer selection (more blind pig please), or an overwhelming liquor selection including perhaps the best Whiskey / Bourbon collection in town. The purveyors are also exceptional, so thank you Andy, Bryan, and Eun for making so many have a second home like place to go.
