The outside looks really nice and promising but the espresso comes from a pod and the food you might as well make at home.

Their house chai is SO GOOD it tastes like drinking gingerbread. I’m not normally someone who likes sweet drinks but it is perhaps one of the best things I’ve ever tasted.

The food is also delicious, everyone who works there is fantastic, and the vibes are immaculate. The inside feels like a cozy living room and the outside (both patio and the porch) are so lovely to just go and sit and enjoy the lovely views of 32nd. Truly a special place. I wish they were open 24/7 but it’s probably a good thing they aren’t or I would spend all of my money there lol

Casual cafe serving tea, coffee, and light fare in an older city-residential building with a retro art feel on a busy street. Plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating among trees. We just bought some coffee, but the food looked good.

We usually love highlands cork for drinks and live music in the summer. Went there for breakfast today and was really disappointed by the service — the person at the cash register didn’t say hi, good morning, or what would you like?, just stared at us until we ordered. He seemed upset and it made the experience uncomfortable for everyone. We got a latte and a mocha and the latte was fine but the mocha tasted like water with chocolate and no coffee. Hoping this negative experience was a one-off, as usually the bar tenders are really nice and welcoming. The guy with tattoos working in the kitchen was very kind, so hopefully we’ll have him next time.

My favorite place to get coffee in the morning! Very friendly people, cozy place, and their patio is so much fun to enjoy good weather.

Cute cafe with loads of seating! Food & coffee is tasty but pricey ($16 for a pretty small panini)

Cons: The cook was super rude. We waited 30 minutes for our meals (we were the only customers in the shop) so I checked to see if they were ready. She seemed offended I asked & her response was “do you want to come back here and help me?”

It was our first time in Denver, we saw that this was the best reviewed coffee shop in the area and decided to stop by. The food was fantastic I ordered the Hector and it was one of the best paninis I’ve ever had. I got a hot vanilla latte that was amazing.

10/10 would recommend and will be coming back as soon as I can!

The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I felt like I was at home, great service!

I’ve always had a good meal here, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is unique, food, coffee, and booze is reasonably priced. Enjoyed the Boulder Panini today. If you’re in the Highlands be sure to stop in!

Parking: Street parking can be a little tricky at times.

I brought my parents to the Highland Cork & Café. We sat outside. It was a beautiful weather day. We ordered our food inside. Then we got a table outside and waited for them to deliver it. We have the quiche. And a burrito the green chili was good. It was great and we got to see Shawn. We had a nice conversation with her. So if you’re in West Highlands come to this location if you enjoy my review leave thumbs up.

super slow paced, not give a fk vibe. only one dude was working. asked if the mocha was vegan and gave me attitude, said most aren’t. didn’t have a box to show me ingredients. bad vibes all around
