Casual cafe serving tea, coffee, and light fare in an older city-residential building with a retro art feel on a busy street. Plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating among trees. We just bought some coffee, but the food looked good.
We usually love highlands cork for drinks and live music in the summer. Went there for breakfast today and was really disappointed by the service — the person at the cash register didn’t say hi, good morning, or what would you like?, just stared at us until we ordered. He seemed upset and it made the experience uncomfortable for everyone. We got a latte and a mocha and the latte was fine but the mocha tasted like water with chocolate and no coffee. Hoping this negative experience...
