Amazing staff. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I highly recommend.

Hotel was within walking distance of Coors Field. We opted to skip valet parking and use a nearby garage and saved quite a bit of money. Room was spacious, but there were some things that needed attention. Stay away from 16th street especially at night.

The rooms were kept so clean! The houseman, I believe his name was Ovtavio, was exceptionally kind and professional. People like him are the reason hotels maintain such a great reputation. He truly deserves recognition!

Perfect stay for a business trip.

Customer service could improve quite drastically. Being a Diamond Member, I didn’t expect to walk up to the counter and receive a response of, “yeah, what do you need?” To make this matter a bit more robust, the rooms felt very aged… AC duct tapped all night, the room never got cold, and there was hair in the shower. I don’t expect this from a Hilton.

Had a great time staying here the rooms are clean and nice. The hotel was in great condition and in the heart of downtown Denver within walking distance of everything. Valet is a little pricey, but that’s exactly what you’re gonna pay in the Heart of downtown Denver these days! The valet guys were exceptional so big shout out to Dakota the team working between 8/6/25 - 8/9/25

Slightly outdated rooms. Terrible, I mean terrible WiFi, even when paying for upgraded WiFi.

Front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. No hello or welcome when I walked in, and when I checked in I made a couple of requests: far from the elevator and a bathtub if possible. The staff member didn’t reply to or address my requests, he just stayed looking at his computer. When I got to my room of course I’m the 2nd closest to the elevator and no bathtub. Which is fine — if they didn’t have the inventory, I get it. But why not at least say something? Also, I ordered delivery. They don’t allow deliveries up to your room, nor will they bring it to you or even call to let you know when it arrives. So it just sits there at the front desk. I didn’t check my phone because I figured they would call or send up the delivery.

Stayed for a total of 8 hours. Diamond member and one of the worst Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. Room smelled, a/c couldn’t keep up, and alarm clock went off at 6am 🤬🤬. Update: Valet no where to be found

Update: stayed here again. Much better experience and room situation. Valet still a challenge

This is a nice hotel. Starbucks right off the lobby. Lots of spots to sit down and talk or work quietly.

Service was great. Visiting family and it was accessible to everywhere we needed to go.

5-6 blocks from the convention center and 2 blocks from then16th street mall.
Hotel looks fresh and clean. Restaurant downstairs. Starbucks in the lobby.
Room was small and basic with coffee maker in the room cabinet.
Comfortable hotel in a convenient location.

This hotel was everything we needed for our business trip. It was downtown in the heart of the city and close to everything we needed.
