AMAZING!AMAZING!AMAZING!
Just tried for the first time at the farmers market in boulder. What a treat. ANDRES was a doll. Cant wait to try the ones we took home.
Put the cooking instructions on the package. It is annoying to have to go to your website
I have been enjoying their pies in various flavors around Denver, and this is my first time buying frozen, bake at home pies. While there are plenty of space on the package, the brand chose to send me to their website for cooking instructions. Why not print on the package and deliver pristine user experience? This is red flag for me and won’t be supporting this business.
I just ordered the hand pies and made them at home, they were incredible! This will be my new go to place for a quick dinner :-)

Picked up Hinman pies for the first time from Locavore for Thanksgiving. Had the apple and pecan. Went back and got some for Christmas. Outstanding crust, volume and taste. Delicious!!
Ordered the pack of savory hand pies on PineMelon and I’m so happy I did!! They were all delicious, I even loved the green chile one (and I usually don’t like green chile!) the chicken pot pie was ??? getting some fruit pies on the next order and I can’t wait!!

We got Hinman Pie at the Pearl Street Farmer's Market & online with PineMelon! Their pork green chile pie is SO good it's the only one we order! It was so tasty we immediately ordered more online as soon as we finished the one we got at market haha.

This post is completely for customer service. Arrived on location, greeted by a rude other affiliate on the commissary building, called 4-5 times and was just hung up on. My family and I were really looking forward to a small bakery with minimal hours. But sadly didn’t even have the opportunity to experience it.

Before I even got to try the pie I would have reccomended this biusness to anyone. The owner was so nice and went out of his way to help me for a coworkers birthday even after I showed up at his bakery thinking it was a store front which I was wrong about and would have known if I visited the website. AND THEN I TRIED THE PIES. So Amazing. 100% would recommend!

My fiancé and I ordered an assortment of Hinman’s mini, handheld PieEttes for our engagement party and they were a success! John was easy to work with and the pies were absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend and will order again!

Got a fried pie in Boulder today. Dried out beyond belief. Had one bite and threw it away. HORRIBLE
We haven't been to the storefront but we picked up a Cowboy Pie today at Heine's Market and holy moly so delicious. I see a lot more Hinman Pies in our future. The 6" was the perfect size for two people. Can't wait to try more flavors.
Amazing! I’ve tried most of what Hinman Pie makes & all have been out of this world.
These guys run my favorite stall at the South Pearl Farmer's market (and it's a stacked field). Drop by early to get your pick of fruit hand pie flavors.
WOW... if you have not tried one of these pies you are truly missing out. I went to the local Heinie's market, Full intentions to purchase a different brand. Someone from Hinman pie was there said "my pies are better". So I tried one. To my surprise he was correct. I have since been back recently, purchased the "green chili pie" out of this world. The cherry fruit pie was one of the best I've ever tasted. Only thing better comes out of my kitchen. Finally, some quality food with quality ingredients. Thank you!
