Very nice spot adjacent to the north end of Cheeseman Park. The cappuccino and pastries are excellent at breakfast. The raspberry croissant was delicious and had a ton of the raspberry filling.

Counterservice was fast, friendly and accurate. The space itself is attractive especially the outdoor tables when the weather is good. They do have password protected Wi-Fi available for customers.

Parking is very difficult after 8 am when the spaces in front are all reserved. Before 8 am and after 5 pm, the spaces are available.

The Thai crunch was delectable, the crunchy edamame with the cucumber created a perfect texture combo. Also there were polite ducks and rude squirrels there too

Great place to grab some food after a long mountain hike. Food was fantastic and for the quality of the food was shocked at the price in this area. Very affordable and the beer was just as good as the food. If you like a chill modern brewery style restaurant come check them out. Our waitress Darya did a great job making sure we were taken care of

We often go to the Denver Botanical Gardens. While at the two cafes they are good about providing recycling and composting, they do not allow filling one's mug or beverage container, as most other cafes such as Starbucks does.

Sanzy took great care of us today! She provided answers to all our questions regarding ingredients, and did so in a timely manner. We enjoyed the ranch very greatly. As well as the ducks that joined us during our meal. WILL RETURN!!!!

I'm a big fan of the Botanic Gardens, and love the Hive restaurant. Great outdoor venue with good food. Salads are made fresh and, in season, made from food grown at the gardens. It's a nice place to hang out and enjoy a good meal. Sometimes the lines are long, so if you go at peak times, plan for a wait. But hey, you are surrounded by beauty as you wait in line.

Parking: During peak season, it can be difficult to find parking. I usually walk and enjoy the stroll from 20th to the garden along gaylord street.

Cafes in places like the Botanic Gardens are typically meh. Hive Garden Bistro is an exception to this rule. The place was crowded since it was a beautiful day, and clearly, they have a reputation for good food. The setting is, of course, beautiful, but the food is also fantastic. We had salads and BLTs, and they were delicious. The bacon was real, the avocado was fresh, and the bread was tasty. What a treat!
