Hi, I'm really, really upset yesterday me and my daughter and I went there to eat, and the lady charged me a gratuity of 18 if not more. You only use this for parties of 6 or more. She immediately was upset when I caught her scamming me on my bill. And said well I do that cause people don't tip." I explained that's their personal approach to give or not to give you a tip. I would've given a tip, or was the fact that when I went to give it, she already added it? smh is a standard practice for you to take more than what is due? The only tip I gave her was to not do that and change it! She was supposed to change it. I looked on my account, and she still took it a tip anyway. I'm very, very disappointed in your establishment. I feel like I've been done an injustice. Was it cause I'm black? I wonder, but I'm pissed! over 139.. for me and my daughter disrespectful ?

I ordered a Cajun Broil with "FIRE" garlic butter sauce, I went and picked it up and when I got back to work it was the wrong sauce and it was mild, the shrimp was over cooked, the mussels and sauce had no flavor. it tasted like I was just eating plane butter, and when I called and complained, the cashier just said bring it back in and I'll poor hotter sauce on top of it. Never Again. The quality of their food is not worth the money spent.Parking: nice parking lot

The food is great! My husband and I dined in tonight. The hostess was very welcoming but as soon as I went to sit in the booth there was food spilled on the seat so I couldn't sit down and the table was still pretty messy. The hostess brought it to the waitstaff's attention but no one came to clean it up. The service was pretty rough. Our waitress was very friendly but I felt as if we were not her priority throughout our time there. We did more waiting on her, our food, silverware, drinks than we did actually being able to enjoy our dinner. Overall, our compliments to the chef! Just hope next time we come in, the service will be better : )

Called the restaurant three times and they said that they needed to investigate but have never returned my phone call.

See I went to a seafood restaurant and ordered wings ?. I have to say that this place had all types of seafood, I thought I was in the middle of the ocean with Sponge Bob and Squid-word. All the food was cooked to outstanding perfection, even the catfish and you usually don’t find them in the ocean.
