I have lived in the area for 5 years and this has always been my go-to spot! They serve coffee and pastries in the morning and have a few brews and wines in the evening. It has taken me a minute to feel connected to the staff but whenever I am there its clear everyone is genuine. There is very little of the insincere pleasantries many people experience in customer service and I appreciate how all the employees show up who they are, as they are. Seating fills up on the main floor but there is a small back patio thats great on warm days and two basements that have a bunch more seating! I love how they promote bands and events in the area and are dedicated to our ~weird~ colfax community. The only thing I want more of is food! I would dream of a couple sandwich options but their burritos and pastries are delicious!

This place has really god coffee, monkey poo was scrumptious too. Everyone is super welcoming, open late with sweet booth spots. Plus they have some really cool art vendors with trinkets, some clothing and paintings. Pretty sweet spot!

One of my favorite local coffee shops. Great coffee, genuinely kind people, and a strong commitment to supporting the local creative community. I’ve participated in their art markets and had my work displayed on the wall, which really reflects how intentional they are about uplifting local makers. It’s a welcoming, well-curated space where the coffee is good and the community feels real. Always happy to spend time here.
I love the coffee and the atmosphere at Hooked on Colfax. It is locally owned and the service from the owners and staff is always excellent. I live in the neighborhood and they make me feel welcome everytime I go in. 5 stars!

A Gem on Colfax! I had such a fantastic experience at Hooked on Colfax. It’s easily one of the best spots in the neighborhood to grab a drink and settle in. The coffee quality is exceptional, and their Matcha is absolutely delicious perfectly whisked and smooth. You can tell the pastries are freshly baked. They are the perfect treat to pair with your morning caffeine. It’s a clean space (including the bathrooms!), which makes staying for a while much more comfortable. They have a really unique collection of mugs and accessories for sale. It's hard to leave without wanting to take a piece of the shop home with you. Perfect Location, It’s situated right in a vibrant walking area surrounded by other interesting shops, making it a great anchor for a local stroll. Wi-Fi and plenty of spots to sit quietly, it’s an ideal environment to get some work done or disappear into a good book. Whether you're looking for a quick, high-quality cup to go or a cozy corner to spend the afternoon, this place is a must visit if you in Denver.

It was about 8:25 AM. Today’s date is December 4 Thursday. I’m not sure if it was the owner or the manager that was a bald guy with glasses. He was so kind enough to trade me an Amazon box for a coffee because at the time I was working for Amazon. But I appreciate this, dude he didn’t have to do this, but he went out of his way to give me a free coffee. Great service the people there are nice and kind. Definitely recommend this place.
