Stale $3 doughnuts. The place usually has a few people inside sipping on coffee but the food and donuts are just not worth the cost so I hardly ever buy them. The neighborhood needs a place like this, but at this price point I just don't see it becoming a regular hangout and place to go. I'd rather drive to PF Donut Shop on York street where the donuts are reasonably priced and not dry.

They used to be wonderful, but now are entirely unreliable. Doughnuts are usually stale and way overpriced. The coffee is nothing special and is extremely overpriced. They never post their open hours, sometimes closed before noon. Claiming to be currently "closed until after the holiday" with no specification of which holiday. Only recommend if nowhere else is open.

Warning: this cafe charges your credit card as ChuBurger with a Longmont CO address, not as ‘Hotbox Roasters Rino’ like it should. Days later the transaction went through and I thought the transaction was actually from Longmont and fraudulent so I reported it. Now I have to correct it again. FYI.

Felt out of place in this one. I love the coffee, yet the service, meh . The lady behind the counter looked to be training the new guy on how to run the barista. Not a big deal right? Yet, no "Hey, be right with you!" or "Hi, welcome to Hot Box, be just a sec!". I'm wearing my hard hat and construction vest. I'm also a minority in a gentrified part of the point they now call "Rhino" (wack). I'm also the only original person in here. Then what happens ?! I you g white woman walks in, the barista says to her "Hi, be right with you!" and she gets treated with smiles from all! Then she looks at me, nothing. She goes right back to what she was doing for a moment. Am I surprised? No. Am I treated poorly?! Maybe. Do I consider that white privilege? I do! She took my order first. I grabbed my coffee and burrito and left. It was tasty, coffee and burrito . Yet, will I be back? Probably not.

Place is really starting to improve, Kelsey has done an amazing job of making you feel welcome and keeping the place on track, be sure to keep her!

A little pricey. The breakfast food was very good though.

The donuts are absolutely gorgeous! They have a variety of fun donut flavors but the donuts didn't taste super fresh. In addition, there was a deal for two donuts and a 16 oz coffee but I was charged full price for the items.

Came earlier this week, no donuts as Baker was out. Came this morning, still closed 10 min after they're supposed to be open. Not cool.

Good environment. Would be nice if they did pour-overs or had more ways to try the beans they sell.

Love the coffee and the donuts! Baristas are friendly, and enjoy the atmosphere. Quick to make order and various milk sub options as well as sugar sub options. Glad this is close to my work, and not a pretentious coffee shop. Appreciate the good service!
