Got charged $20 for my less than $9 coffee. Had to go back to complain because they apparently have no phone. Told me they couldn’t see that charge. Ended up reporting them to my bank’s fraud department. Horrible business and customer service!!! Make sure to check and see how much you were charged!!
I did not start a tab. I said I wanted to close out right away. I paid at the register when I ordered. You can see that on the signed receipt from your credit card machine. It was not explained to me or I would have let you know right then that I did not start a tab. Don’t lie to make yourself look better when there are actual receipts.

I recommend avoiding Hudson Hill!! Was charged $20 for a less than $9 coffee. Had to go back in to try and fix the problem as they apparently don’t have a phone. No apology, just told they couldn’t see the charge from their end. Had to go through my bank’s fraud department. Used to go here often but never again. Make sure to check your bank statements.

This cute day date spot is a great place to grab a coffee or a drink on. The music is solid, and the mix of coffee and drinks is perfect. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We spent $30 for three hot drinks before tipping. Sure, we all got oat milk in ours but there’s no reason to charge ~$9 for a mocha. I’d expect a view of the alps at this cost. Also it took a very long time to get us the drinks (which were lukewarm) and the sitting situation there is subpar.

Went there with a friend for drinks, was asked to move for a larger party, then when we sat at the wood bar, my friend got gum on his pants. No comp. No visit from a manger. Not even a sorry.

I’ll make sure to wear my tight jeans knee high socks and grow mustache so I’m worthy of spending my money here. I’d def have given 5 stars if the service was good enough for a regular dude...
