Where do I start? First we came in on a Wednesday night for shrimp and veterans night. The very rude rude lady at the front counter. Said she couldn't give us a military discount because the supervisor was at the grill and just her facial expressions and attitude were very unacceptable. My husband was in the military full-time, not just on Wednesdays she didn't even want to get the supervisor for the discount. Then we went to get something to drink and they tasted funny. Then we went to get ice cream and only could get one bowl of chocolate and there was no spoons so he had to eat his ice cream with a fork. I tried to get some and there was none left. Another customer had told the rude lady at the front counter and she threw an attitude and finally filled the machine ten to fifteen minutes later and we just decided to leave for a very unhappy experience.

not bad they cooked the food nicely and they cater to gluten free pretty well by cleaning the cooking surface and putting guards up to keep other foods or while cooking. I wish there were toppings for the ice cream.

I've only been able to find 2 open Mongolian Grills in the Denver Metropolitan area and this was the absolute best out of the 2. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The food was really good and I loved watching it being cooked. This was my first visit but it won't be my last.

Poor experience at the other HuHot in Westminster a year ago, figured I’d give it another shot with the one in North-field. Bland sauces, all seemed very watered down, everything was frozen or thawing, poor selection of incredibly cheap meats and NO EGG to add to your bowl, I even asked and was told “We got rid of the eggs”. For what is essentially a stir fry restaurant, I am saddened by this. HuHot, you have now fooled me twice, but not again. The host, cooks and servers were fantastic, so I will shout them out! It was the poor selection, bland sauces and ultra-cheap ingredients that made my experience poor.

First time at Northfield location Fri 10/17. The food is good and the staff made it fantastic. The service with a smile and upbeat demeanor set this place beyond other restaurants. The staff made sure everything was spotless, tables bussed right away. Other places can take a cue from Hu Hots staff here. Excellent service. Will be back because of the people (and the concept)

Our food was good but ordered 2 orders of strawberry ragons they took way too long to bring them and when they did they were so burnt they were not edible when we brought it to their attention she cut us off and said oh that’s how they come we told her this was the whole reason we came today and she said so what do you want so we said a refund and she disappeared into the back for again a long time and comes back to tell us that the manager can’t issue a refund and we will have to come back when the General manager is in ( didn’t tell us when either just that his name is Max ) this is by far the worst customer service we have experienced we spent 130 in your establishment to leave without the dessert we came for and without a refund and will spend our hard earned money somewhere with better service also men’s bathroom is out of paper towels and women’s bathroom was out of soap coming from 2 people that run a restaurant everyday it looks like your management priorities and misplaced
