This place is always wonderful! After our closer location in Englewood closed we have made the travel over to Northfield and love this location even more! Seat yourself, free ice cream great happy workers and cooks. Stacey was full of smiles and the guy training a new guy was full of friendly energy. Thanks for a great time and great food

Somehow the concept is failing. I like the food but there are only 2 left in Denver. Several of the meats were empty when I arrived but they did get replenished. They were barely staffed. Certainly no lunch rush. Occasionally I would stop in the ones closer to me after a strenuous hike or bike. This one's rather far out of the way

You first get greeted by the sweetest lady alive Stacy. She tends to remember her customers and is nothing but a joy and overall a lovely person. The Chef Sarah there is amazing, she has a bubbly personality and it is infectious, I love coming here and seeing her at the grill. These two ladies make this place a pleasure to visit.

I have not been to a HuHot for a monkey's age, so for me, personally, this was exciting to finally get to once again.
Sadly, our time was a bit off for lunch. So for us, we had a pretty slim team working the cookery part of the experience. Of course, that did mean our meals were taking some sweet time to get cooked before we can finally chow down like starving beasts.
That food, though? Solid. The meats didn't taste off and the veggies were fresh for that day. The only problem putside getting it cooked was some sauces were mixed up.
Overall, it was good to revisit this type of store.

Had more of a buffet feel. Pay first, no servers, get your own drinks, and a soft serve ice cream machine. The cooks were great. Up-beat and communicative. The food was pretty good also, but it's kind of your own fault if you don't like what you put in your bowl.
