I did an online order for takeout. Online it let me select Curbside Pickup. I also selected crispy fried hash browns. When I arrived I parked in a space marked Curbside Pickup. I called the phone number on the sign to let them know I was there. I called 3 times and it rang at least 20 times each time and then disconnected. On the fourth call someone answered and told me they don't have Curbside and I would need to come in. When I got my food, I didn't get crispy hash browns. They were soft and greasy. Had I not kept calling I wouldn't have known that I had to go in. I could have waited a long time and not gotten my order. Very bad customer service.
