Last night I had dined in and had a decent experience with Susan and Aly as they both were attentive and had given my family excellent customer service. However during my visit it had gotten extremely busy and I noticed the manager had left the restaurant and the employees/servers were alone. I know that this is against the law and a manager must be present at all times. I will come back to eat here because of how great Susan and Aly were but I suggest you take care of the manager situation.

My wife and I woke up in the middle of the night hungry. IHOP is just 2 blocks away from our home. So heck yeah we went! We ordered a ton of food. Our server Emily C. was really Kool. I also work overnights at my job, and she and I could relate on several things. Also a plus, she's good with the upsale. And if it wasn't 230 in the morning she would have gotten the milkshake (lactose intolerant ?) and $82.00 later we left happy with a giant bag of food. When we got home and started eating, I can honestly say I enjoyed my entire meal. My wife too. So shout out to the Night Cooks (WHOOT,WHOOT) Good job guys! And we will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you!

Fair warning as this is a rather longer review, but still I hope those coming across it here truly do find it useful!Ok 4REAL= ? I gotta say this joint found from sea 2 shinning sea & all throughout our??GREAT??United States?& I thank Heaven above us, for giving us access 2these truly miraculous round, fluffy, yet indeed Maybe it is just a lil too sinful 4every1 & MUCH MORE of a dessert being both Savory & sweet regardless= 4us & I'm SURE other's out there: it's PERFECTION MADE MANIFEST?!¡!¡!Wheelchair accessibility: Besides having full wheelchair access from the parking lot to the , as well, a handy-capable seating & also disabled-friendly ? bathroom, but what's really cutting edge and cool is that the one in Vegas that we where at had a freaking robot hostess and while I'm sure it's not in many other franchise locations they had just installed a brand new robotic bartender; which the kids absolutely adored!

You know exactly what you're going to get here and that's why you go. Their pancakes will always be where it's at (obviously)...stick with those and you'll leave there feeling very happy. The omelette I had was tasty, the coffee always delicious in their thick ceramic mugs.

Just had a late dinner with my daughter. Charlie was our server. It was exceptional service from beginning to end. This place is a little out of my way but the service will bring us back again and again.
The bathroom was out of soap, and one of my onion rings was undercooked. The food was great otherwise!

I came in a few weeks ago with a large group of friends around 2am and was seated appropriately and timely, our server…Emily (I hope that’s right) took our drink orders and then got to me. I asked her if Susan (who I’ve had as a server before and is my friend) was working and she proceeded to talk down about Susan and mentioned Susan’s child in the conversation. It was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I just thought the managers should know from a guest’s point of view.
