Came in and got breakfast to go today, and when i noticed that my gravy was not with the breakfast i went back to get it. The gravy they gave me was cold and clumpy. Went back a third time to ask for a refund on my order and they gave me a partial refund. Your cook screwed up twice, and i get a partial refund for it? Also the manager tried to tell me they had a party of 30 so she would have to deal with it later. Hate to say it, but the servers handle those tables, not the manager. Overall crappy experience and i will never be back.
Supreme customer service up front at desk. The woman got me situated and I was off with what I needed. 4 Stars in IHOP
absolutely terrible all around. waited an extensive time just to be sat when there were only two other parties in the entire place, we had a party of three adults and two small children so the wait was almost forgivable if it weren't for the poor service and horrendous food. half our order was incorrect, strawberries were rotten, half our eggs undercooked while the other half were overcooked, pancakes were undercooked, mozzarella sticks were not cooked, sausage links undercooked, bacon burned to inedible state, coffee burned. they gave a three year old an actual glass while giving the seven year old a baby cup, the waitress was inattentive and rude, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. by far the worst dining experience
Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we brought up a concern, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional not only failing to resolve the issue, but actually escalating it with unnecessary attitude.
What was most shocking was the behavior of the manager, who instead of diffusing the situation, chose to provoke it further with sarcasm and hostility. Rather than apologize or offer a solution, we were essentially told not to come back if we didn’t like the way we were treated.
That kind of response from management shows exactly why the overall service here is so poor. There’s a serious lack of accountability and basic respect for customers. We came in with reasonable expectations and left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of other places that actually value their customers
If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, since we live nearby, we’ve had to come here on multiple occasions and each time, the customer service has been consistently rude and dismissive.
Today was the last straw. We found a hair in our daughter’s pancakes. When we calmly asked for them to be remade, the employee gave us attitude and rolled her eyes like we were inconveniencing her. After waiting 24 minutes yes, 24 minutes we asked for an update. Her response was nothing short of hostile. When we asked to speak to a manager, we expected some level of professionalism. Instead, the manager doubled down on the poor behavior, raised her voice, and told us that “if we don’t like it, don’t come back.”
That kind of response to a serious food hygiene issue is absolutely unacceptable not to mention reckless. This place clearly lacks leadership, accountability, and basic customer service training. It’s sad that a local business can show this little regard for the people who support it.
We will not be back and we’ll be encouraging others in the community to take their families elsewhere!!!
IHOP is one of our favorite breakfast restaurants. We love the variety of their breakfast items and the fact that we can order breakfast all-day long. They also have a 55+ menu for seniors. (They do serve lunch and dinner meals as well). The IHOP on Quebec Street did not disappoint. The food was tasty, the service was good and portions were generous. We did have a short wait on a Saturday morning, but that’s to be expected on a weekend. Many of the customers appeared to be locals, which we took to be a good sign. We wouldn’t hesitate to eat at this IHOP again.
To tell you the truth ,food wasn’t the best! Probably won’t go there to eat anymore!

Server was great. But that cook is a jerk. Took forever and when asked about my order he just shrugged. Never again.
AVOID! OUTRIGHT THIEVES!
I ordered delivery two times from this location via the IHOP website (NOT through DoorDash) which automatically assigned the order to DoorDash. Both times, I waited a long time for my orders and then either the store or the DoorDash driver canceled my order without me asking them to. Trying to get a refund has been an absolute nightmare. Ten days later from the first order, I still have not received a refund for one of the orders and I’m being told that I will not. That is what we call theft.
I felt like I was being audited. Instead of just giving me my money back for a product not received, they had me prove that I ordered by forwarding my confirmation email (which I did) and there was even talk of providing my bank statement to prove that I was charged for the order. I have proof of that, but what the heck is this? Provide my bank statement over an omelette?
Just give me my money back. Take responsibility for your system not keeping track of my order and for your drivers.
I was also told to contact IHOP directly by DoorDash. Then, IHOP told me to contact DoorDash. I call DoorDash and they say to contact IHOP. I go back to IHOP and they say to contact DoorDash. Around and around and around and no one will help. I even contacted IHOP through their websites customer support and I got zero response from anybody. I then PHYSICALLY drove to the store when they offered me credit or to pick up what I ordered originally (no offer to reimburse me for delivery costs I paid) to still see if I could get my refund or, if I wanted to settle for the store credit, what I needed to do. The person at the front was quite stale and their favorite thing to say was, “I can’t help you with that; I’m not a manager.“ They couldn’t even tell me when the regional overseer that was, supposedly, helping me would be in.
Even with an offer for credit or to pick up the items that I ordered over a WEEK later, I am, once again as with other stores, being told to correct IHOP’s delivery mistake by taking time out of my day to drive to the store and waste gas.
That is not my responsibility. I paid for delivery. The point was to save time and this is wasted in a immense amount of my time. Now, they want me to waste more time by coordinating my schedule with the regional overseer to come into the store to pick up my items 10 days later so she can program my order.
The meal was for ten days ago. I already had to reorder food twice, initially costing me the cost of four meals instead of two. I just don’t have time for this.
My advice? AVOID this store and definitely AVOID ordering delivery through IHOP’s website or DoorDash.
I am a long-time consistent customer from whom they will likely be losing a bigger chunk of my business than $22.92.
UPDATE: 01/30/2025
In usual fashion, "customer service" tries to make it look like they care by responding to a review and providing a link for them to, supposedly, help with the issue. I went to the link days ago and dead silence just as before. Not a peep from anyone! I have yet to receive my money back! THEFT.

Scene:
2am/Lobby, walk in to see vagrant #1 w/bags inside door #1.
As i entered door #2 near the host podium vagrant #2 w/bags laying on waiting bench. I bravely place my order as it is my 30 lunch break and I'm already onsite.
Service:
As I'm repeating my order: "fisherman's platter" for a 3rd time, due to the language barrier, i eventually just pointed to the picture on the menu. I spent a total of 13 minutes just getting the order placed. At this point I reached out to my supervisor-Who's directly across the street-"I'm having issues at ihop"
He laughs:"Must be your 1st😂Time?"
At approximately 2:38 i receive my food and rush back to work. I get to my post, open the bag & there's 5 pieces of fish & ∅shrimp. The fisherman platter: 2pc fish/5 shrimp $17.99+tax/tip.
When i go back across the street and communicate the error, the host began speaking to the chef in Spanish, they go back and forth. He turns to me and says:
"We ran out of shrimp so you have extra fish"...
I calmly ask for a refund, in broken English he tells me: "come back after 9a" - I absolutely refused and asked him to reach into his pocket and pull out my $20 bill plus the $3 tip. It was very odd that he placed the money in his pocket and not the cash register to begin with (let's start there).. I gathered my refund and left to leave a complete and detailed description on Google.
I CANNOT MAKE THIS Sheet UP!!

We ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich and jr chicken and waffles, the food was horrible. The fries were way too salty, the hashbrowns were overcooked, the biscuits were dry with hardly any gravy, nothing is fresh anymore and all this paired with a watery coffee. We came to IHOP after a long time, and it has spoiled my memory of IHOP. Never again.
