So disappointed! My daughter-in-law went to pick up our meals. Welk, she's been sitting there for an hour and still doesn't have our meals. They said they only had one cook (not my problem). I have small children here waiting for their dinner. Hopefully, we'll get something before bedtime! NEVER AGAIN! I'll do Village Inn next time.

This store is not 24 hours, even though it said so on the door. Took 35 minutes to get our food with only one other table in the restaurant. The couple that came after us was more tended to than we were. Chicken tenders were burnt and pancakes tasted like they were cooked on the same grill the chicken was. I really hope I don't get food poisoning. Server was unattentive and clearly did not care.

Can I put less than 1 star? Our server, Barry Allen, was awesome, but we weren't served until an hour and 15 minutes after our order was taken and at least 2 other tables who were sat well after us had already paid and left. We had to speak with the manager to get our food and were told we would be compensated accordingly. I didn't even eat my omelette because it was so drowned in some sort of powder cheddar sauce (holllandaise?) it was inedible. The manager removed the omelette from the bill but then tried to charge us full price for everything else. He said usually they comp people with free drinks. I was pissed and put $20 on the table and told him that was all he was getting. I should have just walked out. Our server was awesome though so I handed him $10. Absolutely horrible service.
The food was good. But it took over an hour to get our food. Tris brought my husband regular pepsi instead of a Diet Pepsi and he's diabetic so that was kind of an issue.

Food is consistently good. Wait staff is friendly and helpful. But it's freezing in there (60s) and they don't have any control over the thermostat!

The food here always tastes like s*** compared to other locations . They don't have people with the highest iq working here as servers or answering the phones . They close down the kitchen an hour before closing and won't take orders because " their cook is going home " and aren't 24 hour anymore likely for reasons due to service , and the shitty area it's in . If you unfortunately have to live north of 285 I'm so sorry , but trust me driving to the south wads location is worth it . Like every other business in the bear valley shopping center this place is ran by and as well attracts a certain " type " of people to say the least . To say the most , it attracts ghetto trash wanna he's , crack heads, and all of the other low rent people who frequent this shopping center .

A pleasant location with good service and food. The floors and the tables were cleaned properly. The order was taken correctly and the food was brought to our table as ordered everything hot, no complaints. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, properly stocked with soap, toilet paper, and paper towels for drying your hands.

Opening time was 6 am. Walked in at 6:55 am and was told they were not ready to start serving yet that it would be at least 15 minutes before they could cook. The place had been open for 55 minutes....if I owned this place some heads would roll. This is not how you run a business.... this is how you go out of business.
There's no one at hosting stand but other lady made us seated and waitress clearly took care of the things. Silverware is not clean, which is disturbing. Other than that, food is okay.

This place is busy seemingly of their quality food perfect service,I was happy to give this restaurant a try and found staff ready to meet me and know what service I needed in a polite tone after showing me where to seat.
