I got a sandwich here called “The Bacon” and it was delicious. Among other items, the sandwich had bacon (of course), apple butter, and jalapeño aioli on country toast. While the sandwich price was a bit high at $17, the ingredients were high quality and we’ve got to make sure our workers get paid.

Nothing particularly new to add here compared to the existing reviews. The Bacon sandwich was delicious, but pretty pricey (and relatively small) at $17, so I'm knocking off a star for value.

Swung by for lunch a few weeks ago while in town. The sandwiches are truly out of this world, especially the pastrami. My only beef with this place is that the self serve water was never filled the entire time, even though it was acknowledged by staff that it needed to be. Hey, at $39.60 for two sandwiches, I definitely want more than a half of a plastic cups worth of water.

Amazing food, you won't be disappointed! Try the wook with pork belly.
Ordered a sandwich and it was severely lacking in flavor, in addition to having been assembled roughly.
Absolutely fantastic sandwiches. Thoroughly impressed.
The Bacon sandwich will forever ruin a basic BLT. This flavor bomb sandwich was heavenly!! I don’t know what magic they did in the back, but dang this was good!! After watching DDD and reading reviews, we knew this little restaurant was a must. You will not be disappointed!! We also split the Hoggie. This was another VERY tasty sandwich. When in Denver visit Il Porcellino Salumi, your tongue and your belly will thank you!!
This place is delicious! A friend told us to go and I’m so glad we did. We got the bacon sandwich and Mac n cheese.
Very overpriced sandwiches. Over $17 just for the Bacon sandwich with no sides or drink. The staff wasn’t the friendliest either. My bread was very soggy and some of the bacon was undercooked. Won’t be back for sure. I saw a previous reviewer get ripped apart by the owner just for not giving a good review. Stating that their sandwiches are actually underpriced, I laughed. I’ve gone to much better sandwich shops that actually charge around $17-20 for an entire meal, including drink and side. They are very full of themselves.
I'm sorry, you cannot operate an Italian deli and not have onions available for sandwiches. No onions. In a deli. They have some kind of pre-made onion jam. Also, the diced cured meats in the antipasto salad had the casings left on them ?. Maybe I'm spoiled growing up in NJ but the Italian delis I've seen in Denver are lacking.Update: I've tried a few of the sandwiches since my first review. Everything I've tried has been quite tasty. The Hoggie, the Bacon, the Philly were very good. I'm updating my rating to 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if not for the high prices (and lack of customizable onions).

Love this place!!! Great food great atmosphere and they even play great music!!!
Went here based on the DDD recommendation, and wasn’t impressed. Honestly the bread was the best part of the sandwich.
Guy was dead on - those roast beef sandwiches were incredible!
People were nice. Pastrami was bland and small. Pastrami and sauerkraut had a very weak taste no real flavor. Just about every other pastrami I've had is better. Not being mean it just wasn't as good as other places that serve pastrami.
